OG used to mean Original Gangster allthough some poeple these days use OG as a quickerway of saying Original

Look at the jersey in the locker next to AJ. Looks like we have a new QB1 on the team

I think that's Devon Allen's locker to the right, or at least that's who's locker it was in March.

nvm, its Calcaterra's.

I declined on Sunday Ticket this year for the first time in like 10 years.  Just couldn't justify it with how many national/prime time games we have.

That said, this is the first week Im going to have to try a reddit stream so I hope like hell they still work.

"Original Gangsta”

(Slang term meaning "original” or "old school”)

It's actually pretty good on YouTube, to be honest.

Going to the game Sunday. But needed the Ticket for last week's game.

Shouldn't Tom Gola be on that list too.

Wasn't really a list. Gola was a terrific player but I think Durrett was better. I included Rodgers and Lear only to acknowledge that they were before my time and I'm not competent to rate them. Durrett was Dr J with smaller hands. Quick, fast, great leaper, could handle, shoot. He was beautiful.

Gola was, as I said, a terrific player, but he wasn't beautiful.

Swift is 95 yards behind McCaffrey after 4 games, so I'm looking for 195 from Swift this week, with over 90 on a single play.

swift didn't really play game 1

LOL -- I might bid. I did bid on a few things in the Eagles Autism radio auction and actually won one of them.

Ive heard nothing but positives about it so Ill probably get back on the horse next year, but it's tough to pay like $60/game essentially.  Plus, I do live in WV obviously so Im wondering about buffering/glitching with the Internet connection.

Its insane we only have three Sunday 1pm games on the schedule, compared to seven (!) In the 4pm time slot.  I guess thats a product of having the AFC West this season.  But thats still gotta be some sort of record for an east coast team.

I'm not gonna lie -- it works out well for me out west. Wakeup around 7am, chill and get some coffee, hit the gym around 10-ish, then eat and be ready for kickoff. When the game is at 10am my time, it's wakeup and straight to the bike. I hate working out right when I wake up.

Phillies are in danger of becoming a franchise that players go out of their way to join.

Two days off between Game 1 and Game 3.  That is interesting ... and strange.  With that schedule, I'm inclined to start Wheeler in Game 1, Ranger in Game 2, Nola in Game 3, Wheeler in Game 4, and Ranger in Game 5

Atlanta Braves vs. Philadelphia Phillies

  • Game 1: Phillies at Braves, 6 p.m. ET on Saturday, Oct. 7 (TBS) 4 days since Wheeler pitched on Tuesday, October 3

  • Game 2: Phillies at Braves, 6 p.m. ET on Monday, Oct. 9 (TBS)

  • Game 3: Braves at Phillies, Wednesday, Oct. 11 (TBS) 7 days since Nola pitched on Wednesday, October 4

  • Game 4*: Braves at Phillies, Thursday, Oct. 12 (TBS) 5 days since Wheeler pitched on Saturday, October 7

  • Game 5*: Phillies at Braves, Saturday, Oct. 14 (TBS) 5 days since Ranger pitched on Monday, October 9

You are an OG

I know the NFL is a week to week league and games don't always play out as expected, but I was concerned about last week when everyone wasn't and this week seems to be the opposite. People are concerned about the Rams and I'm not. Stafford has thrown more INTs than TDs, their OL is horrible, their rushing offense isn't good either, and their defense is bad.

I think the Nakua hype has emanated to the rest of the team, where if you watch the Rams play each week, they really aren't any good. Unless the Eagles stink up the joint I think the Eagles should win this game comfortably. They're a far superior team.

Oh, and it'll be another Eagles home game out there.

Easy decision to make our home games the early games - our fans would be there at noon if they had to.

Can’t start wheeled game 1 cause he would be on short rest. Normal rest would be Sunday. Plus you’d get him game 2 and 5. Really the Phillies just need to split in atlanta. Suarez has been better on the road than at home. 2.75 ERA on the road and 5+ at home. So i trust Suarez in that situation. He tends to show up in bigger games/moments. Nola is pitching game 3. His era is the opposite of Suarez. His is really good at home and bad on the road.

@FranklinFldEBUpper

I mentioned Kenny Durrett. I’m old but not old enough to have seen Guy Rodgers and Hal Lear, so I can’t speak to them. The best since then I think was Jalen Brunson.

I certainly hated Villanova when Kraft was coaching. Thug ball. I rooted for them against Georgetown when Rollie was the coach but went back to hating them thereafter. Jay Wright won me over, though. His teams played beautiful basketball.

I hated Villanova with a passion back then and I strongly disliked LaSalle. St. Joe's and Temple I merely didn't care for. I always rooted for the visitors anytime those four teams were playing. And I worshiped Penn. They were the one team across all the sports that I was passionate about at that age. And I loved watching Big 5 games on television. It was such a great scheme whereby there was almost a game being played any night of the week. Saturdays were the best of course, with doubleheaders often with a city series game being the nightcap. I spent many an evening in my parents bedroom watching the old black & white set while the rest of the family was in the living room watching the crap shows my sisters would have on. I believe Penn went 19-1 over a five year stretch in the city series, the only loss being to Temple in Chuck Daly's first Big 5 game.

I thought the best player of that era was Mike Bantom. He, Durrett, and Porter were the obvious stars. Yet somehow Chris Ford ended up having the best NBA career out of all of them.

Try fbstreams.

I don't use it currently as I have a firestick type program (two different ones actually) on all my devices (both phones, tablet, laptop, all work offices (tvs on all the time, suck it world, I dont care I own the company), home, business partner's home lol).  So I get every game from every sport everywhere all the time.  It is a bit pathological but whatever.  I'm going to see the damn game no matter the F what.  This is what makes me happy.

Well NL games are all played on the same days.  the only west coast teams left are La and dbacks. Makes sense why they are the late night games. Could put them day time but really you’d be having games start at 2 and 3 pm. And game in Philly would be 8 or 9pm start time

This isn’t the first stuff that’s come to the market. He’s had a bunch of game worn and used stuff that’s come to the market in last year. Like game balls. Jerseys. A helmet. His mini Super Bowl trophy they gave him. So I’m guessing he’s probably hurting for money
