All the dome/indoor stadiums are in the top half of the rankings except the Saints.

Kinda surprised because as much as I hate the Saints their stadium and atmosphere is one of the best in the NFL.  Anytime we play there it always feels like a big game.

Superdome is old and dated.

Wow! This Colorado game is amazing

interception on 4th and inches while TCU was in the red zone. Deion’s ball, up by 3

One really annoying thing about listening to this game... Stop calling him "Coach Prime".   So annoying.  I'm happy for Sanders.  He's had a rough go of it recently with his health, and today his belief in his ability to coach and his players' abilities is paying off... but the Coach Prime stuff constantly is annoying as anything.  He has a real name.  Call him Coach Sanders.  That's who he is.

Nah, not really. It’s too big.

I guess that makes FedEx dead and bloated

Sanders has incredible accuracy , has early first round pick all over him

Shedeur Sanders Heisman update:

38-47 510 4 TDs  (the 9 incompletions include at least 5 drops)

98% Colorado holds on to win after a 4th down stop.

FedEx dumps human filth on the fans... so they got that going for them.

Hell of a job by Deion in Colorado.

I didn't think Colorado stood a chance. Hell of a game.

I don't think Deion will last long in Colorado. He's going to get a top college HC job in short order.

Just here to remind everyone that I said this years ago and got laughed at because of it.

That’s probably the most memorable NCAA opening game I’ve ever seen

Bad team hires "celebrity coach” from HBCU to play a team in the hostile stadium that is coming off the national championship game and whipped them

Deion's braggadociousness gets in the way of his substance. He is an excellent football mind, motivaitor, and recruiter.

All the makings of a great college HC.

I need to see some read progression against tighter defenses they play later in the year, but yeah the accuracy was really eye opening. Especially relative to the guy he played against; TCU QB got punked today

Impressed by Deion’s team…especially his son at QB.  Hunter is a stud too

So, we add homophobia to your list of virtues.

I just put $5 on Hunter winning the Heisman. It would win $400.

I hate that good college teams play these cupcakes.

Good teams can play other good teams in different conferences.  Michigan is playing East Carolina.  Oklahoma is playing Arkansas St.  Both games are gonna be blowouts.  Why couldn't Michigan play Oklahoma instead?  Michigan would probably win but it would still be way more competitive.

I get that these top 25 schools pay these crappies teams to play them but it's stupid.

The Michigan, Ohio St, Bama, Georgia, Clemson, Oregon, USC, etc should not be playing these awful teams ever.

Because by playing the cupcakes, the cupcakes get a lot of extra money that they wouldn't get otherwise.

From an NFL fan perspective, you should be glad of these games.  It gives the players at these smaller schools some tape against some elite competition to help them make a case for themselves in the draft, or to make a name for themselves to help them get a shot at the NFL.

Someone posted that to him, so he's going to reply in kind now.  I don't think he's homophobic, but trying to make a point.  If someone can post that to him with no consequences, the same should be true for him.   But, honestly, at this point, I can't figure out why everyone hasn't added him to their ignore list.  I don't think I've read a single thing from him that's even approaching cogency.

There's so much to love and so much to hate about him. The media/networks don't help. Like someone else mentioned, calling him Coach Prime instead of Coach Sanders is just part of it. I totally get it. This is the brand he's created of himself and it started all the way back when he was at Florida State. I mean he was calling himself Primetime when he was what, 19? Everyone calls him Prime. Kind of like so many call Michael Jordan, simply MJ. Granted, those were his initials but still, to so many, he's just MJ.

He wanted the FSU job and there's apparently he has some beef with them now because he didn't get it. There was an interview the other day when he said he wasn't a Nole because he didn't graduate from FSU, rather he was an HBCU graduate and that's what he considers himself. I thought he was a lock to be FSU HC at some point but I think he's one to hold a grudge and would go to Miami first just to prove a point if he feels like he was done wrong by FSU.

Either way, the Colorado season is going to be exciting to watch. Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter are worth the price of admission but they also have a lot of talent that he brought in.

Sidenote, I hate the Big 10 on CBS. Gary Danielson and Brad Nessler are the voice of the SEC for me.

After the game, the interview with Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter was good. Sanders said I have to go against the best CB in college football every day of practice so he has no margin for error. I like that mindset but it also appears to be working as he was deadly accurate. Surprised by how confident yet humble they came off.
