Even last year with the Chargers Moore had the 13th passing offense and that was with Herbert Missing 4 games and dealing with a thumb injury parts of the season while playing

And trash WR's

This is Pedersen, and all the coaches that Hurts has has right up to Moore.

Remember Siri doesn't do anything with the offense right?   You asked what was his job all offseason...now whenever you bring up anything negative....you act like you know thar Siri is the one pulling the strings?

I thought he was CEO?  Does he have a play chart during the game?  He must e a genius if he is calling the plays without a chart?

But what can we expect from a guy who doesn't give Howie credit for AJ and blames him for the illegal activity of Arizona.?

Ham thinks the HC's are teachers. The Hc may have a plan or a scheme as to what he wants to do. First he has to evaluate and understand his players skills(such as when you go from a 43 to a 34 D). He shows this to the OC or DC that this is what he wants after understanding the players skills.. Then those coordinators and underlings are the ones who teach. So if hurts is failing in the Moore O it's because he can't grasp the Moore O or that Moore is a terrible coach and I am convinced it's the former. In HS your HC DOES teach because most HS can't afford 12 coaches in their budget. They may have a HC and 1-2-3 assistants and that's it. College is where you get the multiple staffers and where alot of the learning and developing takes place and as we know some colleges produce top notch players at certain positions(like WR's from OSU or Georgia and Alabama linemen). They just have the better staff to teach them. So really in the pros it's just the HC's decisions as to who calls the plays. Some HC's like to and are good at it,others, like Siri understood that he needed to relegate that responsibility to Moore because he was better at it and it was better for the overall team(nice decision).I like the fact that siri and Moore worked out any differences of opinion and this is now a well oiled functioning machine and I see no reason to change anything. We're winning games, how it gets there is immaterial. Siris doing his job and making Lurie look good which is what he was hired to do. Since 2020,of Howies picks in round 1 or 2 there are 19/20 that are functioning contributors on THIS roster. That is a pretty unreal stat. I have no clue what Ham wants us to do,but whatever it may be it,(because general vague statements tell me nothing),  it would be pretty tough to beat the whole organization thing we have right now. I would include the Pack and Lions as the top 3 organizations in the NFC. Really this is Howies baby since 2020. he got the players in here and did a great job. I think Huff is a Whiff at this point. he was expensive and hasn't shown me anything. IDK what we do with him from this point,so not everything by Howie hits gold, but he's done a great job. DeJean has caught up learning and is starting to flex his muscle. That statement tackle on Henry was gold and actually caused  Diontae Johnson from the Ravens to refuse to play in that game. DeJean is earning intimidation status. I love it!!!! Q is just a phenom and both are going to be here awhile.

Excellent EXCELLENT game last night. GB is going to be tough if they make post season. gave the Lions all they could handle. Going to be a great game when we face them later. It would be great if we could get the 1 seed. I was rotting for the pack last night. Just do our jobs and win every week and see what happens. Even if the game is in Detroit I would expect the Eagles fans to take that stadium over. I would love to be at that game.ALL OUT WAR is what I love

Real question since we have this terrible O mind what’s our offense ranked? And its with the 20th ranked passing offense(I think) the one area that Moore has always done well in, in every other stop.

Moore biggest con coming in was that he didn’t like to run the ball yet we are number 1 in rushing yards and attempts a believe

I think the meeting with the O line was good for everyone. Moore understood how the O line felt, and he is also more of a play action guy than the RPO Hurts runs,so whatever compromises they made together worked out perfectly. Moore understands that Hurts can't learn the O he wanted,so we should see more tweaks on offense as Moore still wants to get some things done for us,but now on a more toned down version. I personally would like to see more Gainwell and Shipley to spell Bark a bit more, keep the tread wear off those tires until the playoffs(JMO) Missing Geodert, we really could use another TE1/2 and I want to see someone take control of the slot

What is " completely new O scheme?   What is this huge difference in the Moore offense that you think you have seen this year?

Omg...Hurts has to learn the complicated skill of taking a snap under center?   OMG Hurts has to learn to have a player go in motion?

What is the complicated new scheme?

It's football, it's the same patterns but different words.  He has the same 2 stud WRs.  So complicated?   Just like DeJean and Mitchell need years???

They work for months in the offseason on the playbook.  Learning different words for the name of the plays, shouldn't prevent a QB from improving on his skills.

So much to learn each play. You’re oversimplifying big time.

That was game of the year so far! Learned some very crucial details about both of those teams.

Your overcomplicating .....BIG TIME.

OR

You don't think Hurts has the mental capacity of the average adult that the entire offseason he can't pick up a playbook?

So much to learn on the read option?

Explain

What specific details did you learn from the game Thursday night that were crucial?

Don’t shortcut these young players for team needs so much. Get them very sound fundamentally detailed to begin their pro careers.

🤣 If we didn't need them why did we draft them? Since 2020 Howie has 19/20 guys drafted that are on the roster. You preach the big picture and Howie has provided it.  The "details" come from experience not a classroom. Based on your criteria here, Hurts should be a sound fundamental QB by now,but after 5 years he is still making rook mistakes he should have learned in college. I don't need a coach at any level to tell me to throw the ball away when I am running for my life, running backwards and turning my back to the defense. You learn this in Pee Wee's. Hurts should buy every O lineman a car like his as a thanks for his success

The missing link IMO. The clutch outlet guy. This is the kid I want. ASmith let me down. This kid finds ways to get open

It’s much more than just Hurts. It takes the coach teaching the whole O

One would be that the Packers are extremely stout in short yardage situations. Did you watch the game and pick up on anything?

So if college doesn’t have any player already completed as a football player…then we shouldn’t be prepared to teach? That’s your logic?
As far as what we need? We need Q outside and DeJean in the Slot. Need them becoming complete studs at those positions learning very sound fundamentals and technique. Not developing bad habits to rep over and over again. Seems like it exactly is working out fantastic that Fangio is thinking right along the same line as me.

You haven’t noticed how much he’s forced Gainwell in since he’s been drafted? Been very deliberately obvious.

Don’t give out your ATM password to everybody. I know they made it tough on you by making you have 7 characters which is past how high you can count.
