So the coaches have to tell him every game not to throw int's? Isn't that a given for every QB every week? The Oline gives him a pocket,a few times he stood in and made some nice passes,but many times he just gave up on plays. Not real happy with that

So you got your wish as we didn't run the ball alot and tried whatever "new" things. But they were just regular pass plays he should be making against this less than stellar Carolina D. And he couldn't make most of them.We should have mopped the floor with them. Even the D looked worse. If we collapse now I'm going to be really pissed.

Ummmmm pretty sure every coach at every level tell players to protect the ball don’t throw turnovers don’t fumble…. 
 

The stats of winning the turnover battle tends to speak for itself you win more when you don’t turn it over

Hurts was a bonehead today. Nothing to do with coaching,the player was just BAD.

Hurts was JV most of the game. Not really a leader going backwards and falling down.  I suppose it was a let down game,but we weren't tight on anything. DeJean got schooled which is fine because he learned. You can read back at my in game comments about throwing the ball away and more

Hurts was awful today. Moore must go nuts watching film with him. SOOOO many times he needs to make the throw as designed. No, Im not in the huddle to know for sure, but I do know basic football. Cunningham, I’m sure you will defend Hurts…which I’m fine with. But objectively watching his performance today…decision making in particular, you can’t defend him greatly today. It was a bad day for him decision wise.

One thing I continue to observe... teams just aren't throwing at Mitchell.  Slay is going to get a lot of action the rest of the year. He will get his chance to make big plays.

AJ saying they need to improve on passing seems pretty obvious our passing game has been lack luster for weeks now…. Part of that is we haven’t needed it and could just lean on the ground game.

But when we played one of the worst secondary in football in Baltimore last week then Carolina this week and 226 yards through the air

IDK that it's him really. I would suspect he will move on because Hurts cannot learn the offense he wants. He would have a nice young QB to work with in Chicago

Won’t lie have not looked at LBs or any draft players…. But the obvious thing would be for us to keep Buan and Dean both have been playing great ball after the bye shouldn’t want to break them up…. Might need some depth but we still have Trot in the wings

Even if he took another OC position I think he would, because Hurts isn't going to get any better and Moores offense will never come to fruition here
