Even mentioned if those two guys were in reversed same exact route Dotson won and was open on would have been complete to Smith since Hurts would have looked his way first. Kinda highlights that WR3 might not always be as bad as it seems Yeah I think I know the play you mean. Smith ended up being open but that was as Jalen threw the ball (so ultimately too late for Jalen to know that) and Dotson was open but because Jalen came off Smith late the pass was too late and the DB got back in.

Kinda highlights that WR3 might not always be as bad as it seems Chase Daniel on the show with Shady and then Dan Orlovski on his show.... this isn't looking at Smith first and missing a secondary read.... this is the play call working to perfection and Hurts not throwing easy passes to AJ....2 would have been easy TDs. The other they showed was the usual in route where they throw that one all the time. Hurts is looking right there and just doesn't throw it. It's not coverage where safety help or he shouldn't trust it...or that he needs experience in the offense. These are easy routes where AJ is open right where he is looking, and no throw???? Like he is purposely not throwing the ball to him?
December 10, 20241 yr The corner route should have been an easy 70 yard TD. Route was run to perfection and the protection was excellent. No reason not to throw it?? Very disturbing when they show it!

All over TV with AJ being wide open, looking like the #1 option on the side where his QB was looking ....with perfect protection... and for some reason the passes weren't thrown? It's way worse than I thought !!! yikes

December 10, 20241 yr Since the start of the 2021 season, only four quarterbacks averaged less than 6.0 air yards/attempt while having an average time to throw of at least 3.40 seconds in a single game – that is before Hurts (3.47 ATT with 5.6 AY/A) did on Sunday. so our OL was so terrible yet we were still holding the ball for damn near 3.5 secs

Hurts had the most time to throw...a half second more than the 2nd highest time.... was 28th in average length of pass. Sunday was just awful from a passing perspective. 5th year QB. Your #1 WR wide open on the primary read...and you don't throw the ball? Good thing he runs Now with Graham chiming in, it's a national story. 9 wins in a row, and this crap coming up. The QB getting crushed in the media

I mean how many times has most anybody on here really had a hard time questioning Collinsworths judgement? I appreciate somebody is deep diving doing the job. But I just simply asked you to watch one game and do the job yourself. Compare their rating to your own judgement. Glad I picked the Giants game for us all to review. Our Oline gets completely owned and destroyed. The whole freaking game. Giants are the worst run D for years. I’m just asking you to stop short cutting and just taking info you received this one moment…to look yourself and compare. You watch us play the Giants again and review that game with your eyes seeing our Oline as each player winning at over an 80 percent win rate…well honestly I’ll probably rag on you pretty hard…but seriously….i’m just that confident you’ll agree with me. Take 20 minutes and become a PFF grading pro. You’ll be absolutely questioning what the heck those guys are doing. As far as I know…most knowledgable football fans I speak with have always questioned PFFs grading. Heck even include No Mas probably even back me up on this one.

Yeah he’s broken…just got in his ear to so much not throw interceptions he is hesitating so much now. Should be teaching how to thrive and accel. A QB should be anticipatory throwing. He is going so backwards from anticipating where to throw and trusting it.

He had 2 TD passes so he can't be THAT gun shy. Glad we have Barkley to get us down the field

But I think Hurts is just becoming so trigger shy he is beyond hesitating.
