January 14, 20251 yr Mixed emotions about playing the Rams. You they're not gonna let Barkley go off even if they have to load the box all day. That means they're gonna make Hurts beat them. Hope he's up to the task. Maybe i should say hope Moore has a better game plan.

If they're loading the box, the Eagles need to burn them with some shots down field.

Even so, the OL is so good that Bark will still find holes. I'm not really worried about the Rams. The Redskins will beat the Lions and it will be a Redskins vs Eagles NFC Championship game.

I was watching some analysis of the game plan against the Packers that showed a really vanilla route tree for Brown and Smitty I'll bet Rams are gonna put 8 in the box all day. If Hurts can burn them a few times they'll have to come out of it. The Rams defenders were made to look foolish the first time around. Embarrassment can be a big motivator

Embarrassment can be a big motivator Let me ask you ... if they put 8 in a box... single cover the WRs... why does a vanilla route tree matter. You gotta cover me one on one,if I'm that good like our guys...why do i need anything complicated? The route tree becomes an issue more with zone and trying to beat scheme.

It's more a matter of time than anything they try. If they do we can nickle and dime them with Goedert all day or send Gains out on routes. We have plenty of weapons. Maybe why we start slowly,we let them show us their game plan, adjust, then strike......like Eagles do in the wild 😁 If it's me, I'm going to pound the rock and beat their D line up as much as possible. Bark can stay fresh for MANY snaps. If their D line can't he will break out in the 2nd 1/2. Maybe NOW Hurts will look for Dotson too, we can hope. On D I'm shutting down their run game also, and we DO know Stafford can pass, but he's hopefully going to have to dodge or rushers most of the game. get them into desperation passing ,maybe pick one off. Our CB's are overdue getting picks. They just come up short with guys they need to defend us. We will locate that weakness and make them pay. Should be more offense in this one(which always makes me look bad because then we get 15-6 games HAHA) Their RB's are beat up from the Minn game, they are also displaced, have 1 day less to rest and are coming into arguably the most vocal fanbase in the league. I hope they have their silent counts down LOL. I am confident we will be moving on. Hell we SHUT DOWN Cincy and their offense was much better than the Rams

Embarrassment can be a big motivator Gains out on a route, maybe some 12 personnel packages. Hurts has only begun to discover Dotson. IDK if Wilson will be back, but Hurts likes him in the slot because he is like a TE with WR speed(try covering that). Calc has show he can step it up if needed. Kroft was the thorn in our side vs GB,we need to cover their TE as well. We may be able to be beaten on the edges, they ran Nacua out of the backfield because their RB's are not 100%. I suspect we see some of that,so we need to be ready. DeJean can come in on the edge or a LB. A pass rush from us would be nice,we need to keep Stafford moving. They will try to blitz Hurts and he needs to get the damn ball out,but not on a panic throw.Toss it OOB if you have to and live for another play. We simply have too many weapons for them. Our D needs to make a few stops since I suspect they score some, but we can stop them easier than they can stop us. Watch some more, they are extremely vulnverable to crossing patterns. Those have Smittys name all over them. I think our CB's get a pick, maybe even a pick 6. BALL CONTROL Benajmin LOL. Keep the pace slow and grinding and they are done

I think the wuss will put up a valiant effort. I think the Lions win, but this could be alot close than people think. I like both coaches as COY so it will be a chess match. Wuss still missing some pieces and I think that dooms them, but they will fight until the end. Lions are maybe a little rusty and if the Wuss want a chance they need to score early on. I have man crushes on DJ Moore and McLauren. The Wuss RB will be tough the more experience he gets. Should be a WAR like all games will be now. really the best football from here on

If it's low scoring that means we're winning,so I'm fine if that's the case. I just don't want it so slow they are rested. One of our best assets is wearing teams out. I was assuming we pick one off from Stafford, maybe a pick 6

January 15, 20251 yr Let’s ask you a question. If the Eagles play the Lions in the Conference Championship and the Chiefs in the Super Bowl without turning the ball over, do you think they win the game? Essentially, the Eagles believe that they will. The offensive strategy is to run the football and play risk-averse football. That’s the truth. It is all over the film. It’s not my personal preference, but the Eagles have won a lot of games this season playing this style. So, it’s hard to be overly critical.

But we’ll see

January 15, 20251 yr Sorry FL if this other persons breakdown goes all against your Hurts Hate. We won’t hold our breath for you to give QB1 any credit
January 15, 20251 yr Few times I noticed Becton was downfield on passes. We are going to get flagged on this crap in our next game if it occurs so blatantly I guarantee
January 15, 20251 yr I can’t believe the percentage of passing plays where all our guys were blanket covered this last game. Like the Pack knew what was coming.

January 15, 20251 yr Have a feeling this is just the beggining of us hearing about trading AJ to the Pats. He grew up rooting for the Pats. It’s known he was disappointed they didn’t draft him. Vrabel his ex coach being hired there. Add in all whatever negative factors about remaining here.
