January 16, 20251 yr Felt like attention seeking behavior from AJ to me. How many players have you seen reading a book during a game before? Exactly! Write an inspirational message on a wristband or something. Or on one those hundred dollar bills AJ wears on gamedays. He could just pull one of them out.

You give the best coach the best weapons to work with ..that trumps and fluke stuff scenarios you can think of. The battle at the line trumps all the chess stuff of the great minds...especially in the playoffs where preparation is at a much higher degree. No doubt our Oline coach and Run Game Coordinator is a massive strength we lean on

January 16, 20251 yr Aaron Glenn I believe will get the Jets job. Johnson will get a HC job we all realize as well. This is the shot for the Lions right now.

If we don't win by at least 9, I will be surprised. I believe last week will be our worst game of the playoffs. Worst game that we play... not saying we couldn't lose later.... just that I thought we played sloppy on both sides last week.

But had 14 wins…which it seems around here makes you legendary best ever. Very strong example of how 14 win team wasn’t a great team. They maxed out however. So that was a great season for them. Coach of the Year stuff Agree unlike our team who was an example of a quality 14 win team, with an excellent record vs playoff teams... 3 losses were having 2 of them easy drops and the other with half the offense out. Agree Vikings totally different than our #1 defense, 2000 yard rusher and dominant line of scrimmage play. Vs top teams. 💯 great point showing the difference between the Eagles and Vikings!

Like Stafford gets whacked by Jalyx out of the game. Or the simple scenario...our team wins at the line of scrimmage? Idk... maybe the imagination is good for the movies more so than real life?

Let it go....nobody is giving it a thought within the team....it's been scene as all positive on social media with the book going to the top of the best seller list etc. Great story if you followed the author and his journey. I know not as good for your anti AJ agenda or Hollywood movie script...but it's a pretty Kool story. Add the comedy watching guys on TV making such a big deal about it.

I don't think we need Davis to get a lot of snaps... just the quality ones when it's a run situation. We were ahead from the start and got off the field early in the game. Should we expect the run stuffer to play a lot when we are up 10 or more in the 2nd half?
January 16, 20251 yr Phenomenal article by Tim McManus on Sirianni.....shows a lot of behind the scenes stuff and the intangibles that make a good coach. Absolutely no fluff piece either, McManus is a straight shooter not looking to over dramatize things. I may be wrong... possibly we retain Williams next year due to his relationship with the coach. No idea Mailata's dad suffered a heart attack on the plane ride back from the Superbowl. Some really personal stuff from players in that article we don't know as fans.

Hurts physically put his body in between Slaton and Saquan. Slaton is their biggest guy. In fact….he bullied Dickerson week one. You just are going to fight tooth and nail because it revolves around Hurts is all I can deduct here. It’s a very clear cut situation.

Think it applied to both fairly equally. You have your own voice. Add any scenarios you wish. It’s not all up to me.
