I’m in favor of chocking it deep taking a shot for something good to happen on third and longs(especially extreme long). WR could come down with it. Pass interference. Interception acts like a P. Doesn’t bother me…even though it’s a Hurts interception. Go for it. I prefer the long int than the punt in that situation. All day. Hate the 1st down turnover. Check Hurts record prior to week 4 and last year, too many red zone and early down turnovers. That changed and helped the team alot. Also led to 29.45 points per game. And I think if Hurts stayed in vs Washington we put up more than the 41 we did the following week vs Dallas.

Great way to look at it How about this... we have won nothing yet.... we have an opportunity that 24 other teams do not have. Let's go. I see us as the favorites. So we’ll blow them out. Barkley goes for 400 yards. AJ leaps tall buildings. Smitty slides through with five TDs. Our D maintains a shutout! Plenty of reasons we should win. We’re all Eagles fans. Why not Homer things up to the max

Add in his knee currently….I’d say it’s a large factor. Are you choosing to throw them? Premeditated as pretty much part of the gameplan? Your answer is a nice way to skirt actually answering. Basically …you love it…as long as it works. I love it at the right time.... again...not necessarily on 1st down ...I can't make it more clear

In all our conversations where do you see the Eagles being a problem for the Rams?

You act like the Superbowl is ours and we can only lose it. You constantly look for ways we can lose. I'm the opposite... I go into every season in pursuit of the trophy...i don't think about losing something I don't have. I look for opportunities to get it. If I had to pick sides... I would prefer to be the Eagles this week. Right there it's enough...don't need blowout or anything to be a sure thing. That's zero fun. Did that scenario not exactly play out against ATL where our home field worked against us? It totally did. Is that a much less likely scenario than home field aiding our guys to glory? Absolutely! We should beat the Rams. So what are scenarios it becomes much more difficult for us? Just how my mind works. I can process and visualize so many scenarios…very easily.

That team will have the pressure. In that situation if i was a fan of the underdog...I would prefer having a QB who thrives when the world thinks he is going to lose. You know any QB like that? If so...then you should love being the underdog in that situation...nothing to lose.

You give the best coach the best weapons to work with ..that trumps and fluke stuff scenarios you can think of. The battle at the line trumps all the chess stuff of the great minds...especially in the playoffs where preparation is at a much higher degree.

It was our players overcoming lack of pro scheme practically street balling making things happen. Had carry over from what Steichen left us…but streamlined lesser than that even. So no way I’m factoring that in but so much. Thought Hurts…along with so many on our O were fantastic to accomplish what they were doing. Second ranked O past halfway….most all on the backs of our playmakers…creating plays. Huge disadvantage. Turnover probability rises so much when the opponent knows your play. That’s what we dealt with all last season. Tried to tell you all along. Frankly….this past playoff game was eerily similar. The Pack knew our pass playcalls it seemed way way too much.

January 16, 20251 yr Where do you put the odds if it comes down to a 49 yard field goal win or go home for Elliott?
January 16, 20251 yr I wanted the Vikes as the easiest ones to advance over. Well coached….bit weren’t that great. Pretenders in my eyes. But had 14 wins…which it seems around here makes you legendary best ever. Very strong example of how 14 win team wasn’t a great team. They maxed out however. So that was a great season for them. Coach of the Year stuff

All the kings horses…you know about old Humpty Dumpty.

Some challenging scenarios I feel we should be much more prepared for. But hey…go out there and don’t lose
January 16, 20251 yr But if you need it to feel more comfortable I can lay down more positive winning scenarios where things go bad for them and positive for us. Like Stafford gets whacked by Jalyx out of the game.
January 16, 20251 yr I’d love to see that first interception begin the Comes in Bunches for Q onslaught avalanche explosion
January 16, 20251 yr "I've never seen him read. I've seen the book in his hands,” Hurts said. Hurts answer when asked about him seeing AJ always reading on the sideline. AJ states he does it every game. Obviously these two answers don’t jive. Can’t believe the camera wouldn’t have ever picked it up before….the way it exactly jumped all over it. Didn’t somebody even take the book away from AJ?
January 16, 20251 yr "Everybody has a different thing and finds their flow in different ways. So, that's how he chooses to do it.” the rest of Hurts answer
