I'm with you on Becton. Hos career was revived here, so taking a little less to try and repeat should be high on his list,but I would like to retain him if possible

Winning week one isn’t what I prioritize. I expected there would be a learning curve putting together our new O and D. Which there was….but it really went much quicker than I assumed. Fangio got his guys playing in the PS which I believed sped up that side of the ball. I was high on the two rookie DBs…but wasn’t assuming they would click pretty well instantly. I’m not ashamed of that at all. Worked out great there.

Not just trying to repeat….the whole environment for his life happiness and career here under Stout. Really fits Baun plenty here as well.

That would be very problematic actually. Siri just won the SB. Be real hard to just fire his guy….during this season. Plus…fire him in favor of whom? Who are we getting in here midseason so we can repeat?

That last part of SF or Buffalo….call me in December…was the main reason I shared this news.

Cam got back surgery.

When Kelce retired after the 2023 season, it was officially time for Jurgens to take over at center, making 16 regular-season starts in 2024 and earning a 16th-place grade among all centers, per Pro Football Focus.

Cam is in a contract season. So you’d expect he gets extended here. Not sure what those figures should look like though.

Not as concerned about week one as I am how good the team is at the end. Priorities.

Sure they earned getting paid. But coming here  one year and pretty much having their careers saved isn’t the same as a guy been here the whole time….then took a six mil paycut to stay here….delivering an epic SB after a very strong season. One year…where we resurrected their careers? Or….guys who’ve earned it here balling for years?
