LMFAO

Saquan choked some…he just hadn’t really been exposed to the higher pressure situations before. Don’t want to label him full on…but he did drop that easy game sealing catch week 2. But he had a season for the ages! Holes were there he normally would have pounced on in that SB. He just wasn’t as decisive and explosive. But…I keep mentioning how he did catch that big pass play….nervous bobble…but he hauled it in eventually. I also keep pointing out how Saquan stepped up with a couple crucial blocks on the SB.

10 wins......AAAAAAHAHAHAHA. All that was proven was your stupidity when we all(and I mean ALL) saw the writing on the wall that this team was BETTER than the previous year. IDK how you swallow your own BS. More like choking it down. Those Hurts pillows found their mark

Yeah Q hit the ground running week one. Great for all of those super knowledgable fans that expected that. I was his biggest supporter….and I didn’t even expect that level so quickly. I said we’d win the East still…but if o do recall every single one of us was short on the regular season wins. Did you get it right either? Nope!

I tried logically explaining this to no avail, par for this course

It wasn’t until the SB teams figured out maybe Saquan is a good player…is that what you both are trying to say?

Holes were there for plays to be made by Saquan in the SB. He choked a little. The rest of the season he was crushing opponents in the exact same situations.

Anyway, moving on. I know we are doomed now, it will be a 3 win season coming up. Just hopeless, we're DOOOOOOOOMED as long as we have the best GM in the league with a staff that can't play tic tac toe because they don't know and X from an O

It's going to be interesting offseason.  The next few weeks leading up to free agency.

Extra cap space ( shocker with all the $$ the league is making, that's why it's literally stupid to worry about dead money going forward as the cap increases and that dead money gets less and less of the overall cap)

Can we cut Bradberry until he is healthy enough? Injury settlement ?

Slay, do we post June cut him, keep him?

Jurgens extension,  how much cap space does it save.

Do we extend Dean now, maybe add a cheap 2nd year?

Davis, he won't get a year 5 option,  but do we look to extend him?

I think these things get addressed very soon, then we go into which free agents we resign ....question is if we sign any of them before they hit the open market.

Then the secondary free agent market...  possibly trades.

Then the draft.

Should be an interesting 2 months!

Siri is great at playing competitive games like Tic Tac Toe…completely in his wheelhouse. That and Rock Paper Scisscors…he’s expert levels.

I don’t see any stupidity in me predicting there would need to be a learning curve with last seasons team. New O and D…and there was a learning curve. I predicted we’d win the East having a home field playoff game. My whole thoughts were just based on we’d go as far as we could push that learning curve in one season. One season shot with Moore was my belief all along. We got it there…which I never said otherwise. I just wasn’t believing we’d be totally dominating out of the gate…which we weren’t. But yeah…I was short on the amount of regular season wins in my prediction. Who was it that wasn’t short in their regular season predictions for us? Oh yeah..nobody. There you go. WE ALL WERE SHORT….on our regular season win predictions as I recall.

FL you were closer on your prediction last season for regular season wins than me….I give you that.

We proved to ready in the end….showed more versatility than we had all season. Great feeling!

They proved ready and showed improvement ALL SEASON

They were peaking going into the Washington game as Hurts was injured early... they proceeded to score 67 points in 7 quarters of real football without him.... lost a game because Smith dropped a pass that could possibly have been a TD and add 4 more points to that total of 67.

As Hurts had to recover from concussion,  Brown and Smith were healing up...Goedert was getting rust off...  it was kinda obvious they weren't going to look as good vs Green Bay as they were a couple weeks prior.

Then VA LA it was in snow...AJ dropped a possible TD, Lane went offside on a QB sneak inside the 1 yard line, Elliot missed two PATs, Becton committed a dumb penalty going down field...

It was obvious they could have easily put up close to 50 without those mistakes they don't usually make.

Had zero to do with  " Green Bay and LA exposed our weaknesses "

It was obvious to see without having a stick up one's arse regarding the coach.

Was an enjoyment to watch this team grow all season.   Most fun watching all season in a long time.  Not just " proving anything at the end"

I wasn’t liking the big FA pickup of Huff. Which turned out actually worse than I even was thinking. So pass rush was a concern. I believe I’ve been higher on Sweat than most. I don’t really remember anybody championing that Nolan would come through with the season he delivered. He really balled out big time…but it was kind of out of nowhere. Jalyx…I had huge faith in Fangio all along….but wasn’t expecting him to be a plug and play option. Which he wasn’t. Interiors Dline I loved. Was all about Carter a year before he entered the draft even. Posted numerous videos of him in college action. Been as high on Milton as anybody. Just saw how he’s such a hard worker and gives it everything he’s got to succeed. I can ride with players like that. Plus…his PS photos…he just became a chiseled muscle  brick wall. Ojomo was my singled out draft sleeper choice. So I clearly was very high on him. But overall there was reason to be questioning the pass rush….especially if you weren’t high on the Huff signing.

Read the narcissism in this post.  More about the poster than the team.

Nobody on here even comes close to this level of narcissism.   90% conversation about the team with a little bit mentioning their own thoughts.     But this is typical post... " I championed..  I preached"

Give it a rest.   Make more posts like you did showing the tag #s.  Something useful.   Nobody cares about who you " championed"

We didn’t gain the experience to have ironed out all the passing game assignments. Which showed. The interception in the SB you gave Jurgens and Dickerson blocking nobody giving a free rusher right up the center. Had two TEs lineup on the wrong side of the formation a play. But overall things pretty well got there. But it was  very much work in progress the whole way. There was a ton for this team to work out this season was my major point. I was highly in favor of accelerating that learning curve close to maximum as possible. Which I still don’t believe happened. Dominated the SB…still like that. Not the typical story for sure.

Seemed like very reasonable assumption I made…which I explained. I don’t really remember much of anybody talking about believing Nolan would perform like he did…or Sweat…or Milton…or Ojomo. For all these others that just knew all along we’d be the most dominant team…none were saying because of these factors…that occurred.

I was off on some of my predictions…clearly true…I can own that. Glad it happened in fact.

Dude....seriously you need to stop.

Clearly one missed assignment vs the Chiefs defense showed we weren't ready?

Really...  one mistake?

You don't see how asinine this sounds!

Clearly Hurts wasn’t 22 for 22 ...so we Clearly weren't ready?  Perfection needs to be with everyone else... except your boy?

Perfection doesn't exist in football.  If we miss one blocking assignment per game....and that's it....it would be by far the best OL of all time!

Isn’t that why I said we did get there…but it really was every moment right to the end of improving and growing

Record for most points in the playoffs... 95 points the last 2 games...basically taking the last quarter off.... one missed assignment.

So CLEARLY our passing offense didn't grow enough?

Pure genius!  I'm sure the church will be packed with this type of " preaching"

You just can't play 60 minutes of football and miss just one assignment!

LOL

A couple of mistakes in the SB. But the point was it was a bigger issue that got ironed out by the SB. Our first playoff games it was still a bigger issue. It was a work in progress the whole time…made some major leaps of prefers at the very end. Worked out great! But clearly was an issue worth paying attention to and needed to be improved…which they did. Foolish was ever thinking it didn’t need to be tightened up like they did.

Yes...it kinda was improving and growing all season.  You just missed it.

They were clearly peaking going into Washington...otherwise they don't put up 67.. should have been 71 ... in 7 Quarters with back up QBs.

I kept saying it did get there and was improved. Which you are purposely skipping over because it blows your agenda out of the water. It was an obvious issue…for very obvious reasons…they kept improving on until the end. Which is really all I was asking for. But it was clearly needed …is what you were missing.

Had Hurts not gotten injured and they all were able to practice... it would have been lighting up the board the first 2 playoff games as well.

They were clearly peaking and getting better as the season was winding down.

There was so much to improve, grow and develop this season…was the point I was making the whole time.

So…we probably were a better O than we were playing like most of the season really then like I was saying, right?
