Thanks for sharing. I predicted this would occur. I like the way he describes somethings in this article. His maturity and focused goal to be a champion has really lead the whole organization to the top. He couldn’t have been great without the greatness of others.

I never said anything about Reddick... I was just relaying information from the local media. Hugh Douglass on his radio show made the point..." it's odd that a guy with Reddick’s sack numbers isn't getting any real trade interest or not even one team that is willing to pay him" this was Douglass a year ago.

He sensed something was off that didn't make sense, so had to be locker room or off the field stuff. Reddick is a guy in it for the pay check, while it's not shocking that we didn't want him, it is strange that he couldn’t find one team to pay him?

I listed off areas Hurts needed to develop, grow and correct mistakes myself. Still has room for growth. Only had one season really running the O with all these additional tasks he’s performing.

Been going on kind of the whole time. Drafted high. But it’s exactly how we got him. Felt like a fantastic contract. Leveled out since paid him to play for the Jets the last season though.

Zona drafted Reddick and misused him. We know some DCs undervalue him because of his size. Seemed like his agency wasn’t great. All this is pretty well known against him. Easily could be enough to have arrived at his situation arriving with us. But after approving here…can’t conclude everything. See you pint to Hugh saying doesn’t really make much sense we couldn’t trade him. Which could lead to our GM known ego surfacing to control and show…yet another player. Rosie trade him to who? His boy Joe Douglas that the situation carried into. Ceedy Duce had rough negotiations with Rosie also…even though our team really needed him at S. Rosie ego showed him. Yet Rosie signed him back the following season paying him. Ceedy got stuck cheap one year deal with Lions because of everything.
