Take Lane Johnson. Feels like he’s a very substantial factor for our team winning or losing. Anybody know where to find that kind of statistic?

This Hurts four interceptions judgement feels very misplaced. Judging his whole season on new O with him taking in several new duties running the O for his first time.

First series can actually hit the QB action. Brazil backed up in the Endzone. Play is there up the seam. But All Pro Dickerson gets pushed back into Hurts throw so he can’t finish it. That’s one fourth of that decision being made right there. As crazy as every circumstance can be that I just can’t see placing one single piece of judgment on the QB. Great interception made by best pick off S McKinney coming all the way across. If our QB can finish his throw? No way he comes all the way to pick it. Elite interception player made a huge play…long distance to convert. Oline doesn’t hold up long enough. But…you could say Hurts had to get rid of it quicker. He couldn’t. He had to wait until exactly then for Smitty to clear the underneath guy. Coach telling him that’s the throw expected all day there. Play called. He read it and saw the D. Once Smitty cleared underneath then S over. So tight window had to be right then exactly.

Then ATL interception. Our team didn’t play well. Shouldn’t have been so close. But…Hurts drove us all the way downfield. To I think the 17. Saquan drop on a play Siri never should have been called. 3rd and 4th down if needed running it. Exactly the down ATL out of TOs on. Very doubtful ATL stops us. 3 yards…on 2 plays. I’m pretty confident we get that first down just running. I mean…it’s what we do. But…let’s just go with worst case scenario. 1:46 left. Run on third. Then full playclock on fourth. Leaves around 1 minute. Be disappointing…but that scenario doesn’t shell shock our team. That’s exactly why the D just gave up the whole drive and TD to ATL. But 1 minute to go. Up 3.

ATL with one minute and no TOs down 3. Just most everything they’d be playing for is a field goal. I mean …get in field goal range with a chance to take A(1) shot at the endzone. That’s coaches plan to the QB every time in that scenario. Get in field goal range to tie…that’s the gotta have it agenda. Our D instead of jaw dropped Saquan drops the easiest pass…it’s D make a stand and we win. Completely different situation. Our fourth down field goal forced them to go for the TD. No option for 40 yard line or in and they aren’t forced into anything kick go to OT.

So shell shocked whole team over Saquan super elite stud choking on simplest play. D wasn’t ready and got owned easy in disbelief. So Saquan shell shocking…then add on D just so easily ripped to shreds giving ATL nothing special O a whole field TD drive with 1:46 left in the game. I mean holy crap meets …WTF. OPoY drops pass like it’s his first catch attempt rookie. Elite stud D? Completely sliced and diced by ATL that benched their QB some games later.

Two just most unbelievably so out of character things in a row just took us icing the game to down a point. All after call never should have been made by Siri.

Then..Hurts throws an interception with 27 seconds left forced to score behind.

Hurts was getting hit right after the throw.

Ok…Hurts shouldn’t have thrown that. Wasn’t the play. Had time to get in field goal range. But…everything that just went down….that play by Hurts basing his season on by 1/4.

No AJ..down having to score with seconds remaining. He’s clearly our number one weapon for that situation. Just saying. How many options we really have? Smitty. Goedert maybe. For a chunk Smitty ..everybody knows it.

Those two plays basing half a judgement on our O, Moore and Hurts passing risk(feels like most used term). First one least judgemental moment on anyone for the entire season. Teams come out first game terrible that are great first game all the time almost expected who knows situation first game. Talk to sports betters or bookies. You really a gambler you betting big on week one win. But not first game even…first series. Blah blah…the amazingly long list of every circumstance in the world making it the least telling about any players whole season.

First series first game making season judgement about. Gotta bench Dickerson, right? Two out of the three plays he didn’t hold up well. How defining was that series about Dickerson? Was he the best G in the league last season? Two of his first three plays he got beat though. I never considered judging Dickerson whole season defining it over that. I was pissed.

Hope you consider this. Laying it all out there for you..feel it’s pretty much the two least defining moments of the season. ATL was Hurts fault. But ‘momentum’ never could be described as a bigger factor against our Eagles that moment. Not excusing the D …but completely feel they aren’t disorganized and Swiss cheese against a weak ATL O any other situation but after Saquan game clenching epic choke. Easiest catch…game winner…choke…versus clutch…which is weak making such an easy play…but game on the line at least.

Our whole team.,.whole city Philly…whole fanbase for Eagles….just jaw dropped in disbelief…first Saquan…then D. Almost every other teammate just blew the game…terribly… that’s the moment to judge Hurts and our passing game on? 1/4 of interceptions thrown. I say 1/3 zero belief in much weight placed on first series a thousand reasons everything was exactly least to judge our QB over.

Making excuses for those two interceptions by Hurts. I am. Wish he’d just overcome the ret of our team folding like cheap beach chairs. He didn’t have to force that throw right then. 27 seconds left. Going to be times your best WR isn’t there. Momentum he needed to shrug off against us. He didn’t I feel. Nobody on our team did in fact. Pros….should be better prepared to not let momentum and events shake them up like it did that moment. Tim Tebow was passing all the way down the field against our D if at QB right then.

I’m wiling..but nothing I can do alone. You do what you wish. You think nothings wrong…good. Trying to make things best possible. All I can do is ask. You don’t wish to help me..help you? Is what it is. At least appreciate you read and considered the thought. Do you

I asked you politely to stop referring to Howie with your pejorative cursive name. You didn’t. Same thing with your pejorative cursive name for Doug Pederson and Nick Sirianni and JoeMas.

With no reason other than your glee you assigned me a pejorative name. It’s a power trip for you. And refusing to stop is simply you showing a lack of character.

Then get your tail out at the minicamps and punt better than the others do. That way you will be putting your money where your mouth is.

There is a possibility of failure where he cannot spin out of it....can't do that, it's why he never answers a direct question. I mean this is from a guy who instead of saying " stop worrying about the dumb F#$ing napkins " to his fiance, took the longer more difficult approach to avoid possibility of being wrong and picking the wrong napkins... that's why he will write 12 consecutive 300 words posts instead of just saying " John Lynch " or any other GM.

Out for the night HF Fly Eagles Fly. Have a nice thoughtful Memorial Day. Step dad was the radarman on the DE 52 Wileman that hunted U boats. My dad was a pilot who lied about his age(but they knew and took him anyway) Due to his age(14) he did recon in P40's that were no longer suitable to fight, so he did recon in the China theater flying less that stellar planes

Have a great memorial day... Go Birds!!!

Napoleon was a very effective General and military tactical commander. Hitler is a better comparison. He sat back behind the lines and barked at everyone.

OT-RIP Pat Tillman(featured on "a football life"). My last demon (er ex wife) lived next door to the Tillmans in Phoenix. He was a super cool dude with awesome parents. Taken by friendly fire as you know. Gave up his career for a higher calling. This is why I get so emotional over morons like Kaepernick who basically single handedly ruined sports for 1/2 the country. I'm not going to get political here, but the difference between those 2 is a chasm. Talked to him alot when I flew to Phoenix. As I said I'm not discussing politics, just wanted to offer his family my Memorial Day condolences. Great guy

Wasn’t my intentions….thought I pretty thoroughly was just offering to be any part towards a solution or improvement. Took fault and blame for my role. But I guess even me reaching out with attempts to do better …you hear as ..yeah all this. I said I would..but can’t do it alone. FL thinks nothing to fix..I can only accept his opinion. Is what it is.
