June 21, 2025Jun 21 Author Looks to me like my former boy ASmith is on the ropes to be cut. If it came down to a final roster spot and I had to choose between him and my new boy MJ I would take MJ all day. ASmith very disappointing. Yes I realize injury kept him down. Dotson stays, maybe new acquisition Marshall and I feel Marshall needs to work harder. He has talent but seems a bit lazy. I don't think that will be tolerated on this team. Hurts was starting to build chemistry with Wilson when he went down. ASmith could find himself on the PS unless he kicks things up into overdrive. I would suspect on the PS he would be poached. The talent has always been there, but really if you can't progress here IDK where else he could go(maybe a BU with Hams team the 9ers or the Saints). A team needing WR depth would be glad to take him away from us. We shall see. With all the lost players, things will be super interesting to watch. I'm calling for the division title and 11 wins despite the tougher schedule. I'm going to call our team scheme PTSD(Patience Through Superb Domination), with some tweaks(aka a little more passing) in the KISS offense. I hate this lull, but I am excited already to get this SB team back in the saddle again
