June 24, 2025Jun 24 We have several unproven TEs in here…could see one of them develop into being versatile.

June 24, 2025Jun 24 Still lot of offseason left though sure we see couple of moves made before the season starts possibly some trades

Maybe a guy that can play FB…and a few differing TE roles.

He was arguably the best ST player...they started using him at FB a few games before he got hurt. What's wrong with that strategy?

There is nothing stopping Siri from doing that. If he is a LB how can he play on offense? Because he has no set position,it's just a label. He can be a FB, a lead blocker whatever, wherever. Seems simple to meTake a look at the video of his snaps from Jimmy Kempski’s article profiling him. Based on those snaps, what do you think of his blocking?PhillyVoiceEagles player review: FB Ben VanSumeren editionMoving to a modern fullback role could make best use of the third-year pro's athleticism, speed and ... hands?

I need to pay more attention to how they use him this year. (and I will do that). Joe said he was a good ST player. The ST game fell off for me with all the rule changes. Not alot to see anymore. I get the player safety angle, but they took all the fun out of them. As a "FB" it would be nice to see him with the ball in his hands. We and most other HS teams had FB's back then, but the position disappeared as "regular" RB's got heavier and stronger, so why not just call him a RB?Look at those vids again. A lot of his blocking is pretty bad. His movement skills and quickness is outstanding, but his engagement of the Defender he is assigned to block is weak at best. Think about Nolan Smith in the Super Bowl engaging the Chiefs’ OG. That is what BVS ideally should be doing to the player he is targeting.

TE engaging in a longer block ..holding it... much different.
June 25, 2025Jun 25 Shunderrick Powell I’m thinking will be our return man. That fourth RB….making it tougher to keep a FB on the roster.
