You can’t follow along any of the conversation here. I’ll slow down…Pedey never should have been fired by Rosie as our HC. That’s my point. Had a quality O mind here. Rosie’s ego and power hunger forced Pedey out.

Not at all...that was part of the issue with the coaching choices etc.  Doug likes the West Coast passing style... Howie was obsessed with losing Russell Wilson and doing the Chip style RPO better than Chip.  

He got his wish... Hurts is a pawn in the situation...the control / style conflicts between Doug and Lurie/ Howie was the problem.   Hurts represents Howie... Doug wanted the passer.

Why I'm on board with you regarding Howie ( except I can't sit there ignorant of how the contracts are written properly)  ...Howie set up a crap roster around Doug/ Wentz... obviously now he is looking to go the other way to ensure Hurts can't fail... might not win ot all..but will never be a non playoff team with this roster.  

My issue...how about giving the guys who won the only SB for you this level of a supporting cast?  Then no need for changes. 

Wherever this goes here with Hurts...Howie/ Lurie get the blame or the credit.  Hurts is Howie's boy.

Yes....Lurie also... probably more so.  Howie just pretty much represents Lurie IMO.

Pedey is the guy that put Hurts in. Rosie fired Pedey over needing the glory for winning that SB. Made it seem like over the coordinators surrounding Pedey.

Rosie was throughly vetting QBs and stacking up picks to make a move for a QB. It was a pathetic QB class…thankfully for us. Still he used that moment to full circle make a trade and bring in Pickett(the top QB prospect that season) as our backup behind Hurts.

Hopefully bring in a quality coach. Just not real high on bringing in Bellicheat for a variety of reasons. He was the other option to move on from Siri for this offseason. Still seems like Bellicheat just waiting on deck for next season. Heck….might not take that long. Could possibly come in at some point this season….if things start terribly.

Again... you already have the excuses.  The current coach would have won without a certain fumble.   

At some point you gotta face reality...yours and Howie's boy isn't perfect.

It was Lurie holding back from Hurts. But really you don’t want to give up on your franchise QB we had just inked in Wentz. This I can easily can understand.

Why was he stacking picks ONLY for  QB.

The Miami trade..  the Saints trade were excellent trades.  You can't turn them down.  

It's why I don't want to do that Bears trade from Bleacher report... without the pick being on the clock.

I don’t hate Rosie. I just can see all sides of things. I can see many great things Rosie has and can do. But I also can realize his limitations and flaws. He makes some great moves…some really dumb moves. He brought us Pedey and our first SB. That’s huge for me. Rosie did that. But then he undid it almost as quick.

Well...if Doug really wanted to work with Hurts...don't you think he would have stayed?   I know you let your heart get in the way and miss the reality of things...all things Doug was saying and reports coming out... but Hurts is Howie's boy.  Doug is a passing coach...not a RPO guy.
