A player making one million per season couldn’t possibly wish to play and prove they’re worth extending for 55 million per season as soon as possible. Silly meThis isn't the NBA... a nobody like Tanner McKee doesn't dictate anything.

So what is the wager? The bet is whether or not I can post a picture of Kenny Pickett in a jersey other than a Steelers jersey because players can’t force their way out of being a backup QB under rookie contract. According to No Mas Kenny Pickett wore a Steelers jersey last season accepting his backup role the Steelers placed him in. He’d also still be in Pittsburgh this season as a backup on the fourth year of his rookie contract.

I'm sure you can find him out of a jersey or in an Eagles jersey, not real hard to do

No Mas says it can’t happen. So if I can post a picture of Pickett in any jersey but a Steelers jersey..he’d be very very wrong. So if No MAs believes he’s correct in any shape or form? He’ll have no problem accepting the bet.

How much you want to bet I can post a picture of Pickett not in a Steelers uniform being the backup for the remainder of his rookie contract? Loser has to wear a Hurts jersey.Hunh? Ham and Cheese... right now,.. State YES or No if you believe a peasant day 3 pick like Pickett will dictate to Howie... the guy who you say played hardball with your boy Reddick.... for real? one word ... 3 letters... LOL

Otherwise you are under a signed contract and the team controls you. If you play well, the team that controls you can trade you away at THEIR discretion

Pickett suffered a hammy as a Brown. 0-2 for you. But No MAs claims Pickett had no way to force his way out of accepting his backup QB role in Pittsburgh last season they placed him in…since he still had two years remains on his rookie contract.

Why wouldn't the Eagles get the year with a quality dirt cheap backup and then trade after the season where they can then get another QB to take his place or get as a #3 if another QB steps up?Why the rush to trade him now? If I had to wager ... I'd say the highest probability would be to trade him next year..... 2nd highest he stays 2 years and controls his own fate as a free agent (but those two are close, just depends on compensation and development of the other QB).... 3rd possibility is if a QB gets injured and a team is desperate now and just overwhelms the Eagles with an offer. I don't like the idea of trading him now because I believe it will force another unnecessary move at QB. Costing us picks or cap space

C'mon now. If you don't fit with the team they can let you go. If you want to call that forceable exit, so be it. If you play like a hot mess the team can CHOOSE to let you go
