A guy I keep thinking about that could really be a perfect addition for us is: Asante Samuel Jr. He’s straight up a FA. Issue revolving around him having neck surgery. Much speculation was that he could be ready by midseason. Whelp..pretty much getting to that point.

Final Vikings Game Score Prediction Results

I ended the Giants game final report with "The question before us now is whether the 6 Days from Hell will become 16 Days from Hell. I wish I knew the answer." Fortunately the answer proved to be "No ... Hell is only 6 days long!"

With that said, a total of 52 predictions were recorded with 21 for a Giants win and 31 for an Eagles win.

No one had the 28-22 score, but two had the Eagles 28 part right and bracketed the Vikings 22 part. So the chicken dinner is split between @kiwieagle (28-20) and @Diehardfan (28-24). We sent a request to the NFL Replay Officials to determine if Price is Right rules applied, which would have eliminated Diehard for going over the actual score, and they came back with a definitive "Drew Carey is from Cleveland, and anyone from Cleveland is simply happy to be close to a winning score these days." So the tie stands! And this is Diehard's second winning prediction out of the seven weeks.

Too earlier to say on that. Not like we expect to be top 15 pick or anything. Need ti read the draft and grab the best player..really only approach.

I could see drafting a Oline or you know I could easily envision grabbing a WR. Today I’m more thinking about trading picks away. Especially if it is a move maybe we are making for multiple seasons.

If we make a big trade here for a CB…would you still believe CB is our move?

Plus you gotta consider the money parts of building the team. Q and DeJean future core Secondary long term pieces we gotta back up the Brinks truck for here in a couple of years. Got the cheap sleeper Blankenship as our Secondary leader.

From my memory CBs have been extremely hot commodities in the draft for several years going now. We struck so very ideal with getting Q and DeJean like we did. Really more been like top CB draft prospects you gotta get up top ten…or near there.

Then you have the coaching situation. Thinking our Secondary Coach Parker is a stud hot commodity. Wouldn’t surprise me if he gets the opportunity with his own D as a DC here this offseason.

If we lose the real quality Secondary Coach that will make reasoning lean towards possibly going with a vet known commodity option not needing to be developed as much.

I’m optimistic about where Jalyx is headed for us developing. Guy isn’t close to scratching his potential ceiling yet. Nolan proven himself as a tough quality fit as a starting option. After even stating that…our team is very well known to prioritize pass rushers. So very likely they strike with going after another big investment there. Either do it now with a trade…or top of the draft.

When you have this logic going? makes it much more plausible to consider swinging big on a proven FA Edge player….right now.
