With his changes and improved OL play,

This is what I mean,is Toth a better C than Cam? Did we stumble onto something? Was it a one of? IDK, I won't speculate, but it just seems "interesting". Also Cam may not have been at 100% for quite some time. We'll know more after the bye

Healthy Cam is better than healthy Toth. But Cam hasn’t been healthy.

From what I am reading, Baun did not celebrate with the team. Instead he went to the hospital to check on Skattebo. This is the culture I want

IDK define "better". The run game got going with Toth, so unless Cam was injured to start the season, this was a better outcome for the running game since we started the season, We have a staff, they will decide, not me. I just found this very noteworthy. I believe this was Barks first week over 100 yards?(I mean THIS season before I get hammered on a technicality)

Game wasn’t on on the West Coast. My comment was based on past Toth games, where his snaps have been erratic. I don’t rule out the possibility that he may have improved his shotgun snapping through reps. One of Toth’s greatest strengths is his intelligence and dedication to his craft. If you saw no bad shotgun snaps yesterday, I am delighted.

I didn't see any issues...I saw better blocking yesterday and Tank being difficult to tackle

I wouldn't make it too complicated.

Actually Toth weighs 1 pound MORE than Cam as shown on the roster and maybe it's coincidence, but we got our ground game back this week(or maybe there is more to this) I won't speculate, but it seems noteworthy to me

One pound is noteworthy?

The apples to apples comparison is 2024 Cam to this current Toth. In that comparison, Cam is better.

With that said, Toth really has only been working on Center for two seasons, so his development does bear watching

Fair enough

No,the fact they are the same size is,for those who say Toth is "too small". And the "noteworthy" part is that the running game was successful with Toth

Once again define " better". The running game got going with Toth

Cam had back surgery in the offseason and likely wasn’t 100% coming into the season similar to Dickerson who wasn’t 100% and we have seen those signs.

The key is getting both of them and Lane back to 100% or as close as possible at least….

Didn’t really notice but who was CB2 this week maybe becuase they weren’t getting beat like a drum every snap lol

Asked and answered. The apples to apples comparison is 2024 Cam to this current Toth. In that comparison, the 2024 running game is better, and Cam is better.Younger, better physical measurables, more experience.

Yup first game for Saquon this season to reach over 100 yards…. And we even ended up getting Tank over 100 yards rushing in the same game.

One thing you can be sure of with Toth

He has self discipline The Army tends to do that to you

Could have been the terrible Gmen run D for decades have been a factor?

Yeah... watching the game it was all Toth...lol.

Just kidding ... but I will say... using a 6th OL...Fred Johnson, was a great way to counter the defense putting extra men on the line.

Or... maybe they made that one block that Mailata was talking about?

Or.. maybe it was the Giants?

Could be both of their best cover guys were out...that's why the QB had good stats... you see what I did there.

Which btw... I agree that the Giants defense played a factor in the success of both the running and passing games. But also I will give the Eagles credit.

Toth didn't take a dump prior to that weigh-in.

Percentage of snaps played:

Ringo-81%

Nickerson-15%

McWilliams-13%

I can't help but wonder how different it may have been had Giants' WR Nabers played.

Too early to tell.

Not really, we also had Becton at RG. Put Becton next to Toth if you want apples to apples
