What does the last two games have in common with 2023 finish???

We can't stop the run. That's a player thing. The other guy physically dominating you. The great O mind and the great D minds.... culture, meetings etc.... they don't matter when the other team is physically dominating you.

Right now, step 1 is we need to stop the run. Until then, everything else takes a back seat, because if we can't stop the run, we play uphill all game long.

That's the exact reason we have had success the last 3 or 4 years under Siri... while our play might look ugly... we have been able to run the ball or force teams to focus on stopping our run game.....and they have had to play uphill.

Limited possessions... make each failed possession that much more important. That's what we have had these last few years vs the opponent... it's flipped on us the last couple of weeks.

We gotta stop the run first. Then go from there

sirianni also said that one play was an out, not a post.

The Dotson part was an Out, but the AJ part? Not so much.

The AJ route was a TD pass that wasn't thrown. Really that is all we need to say about it.

Booker would have aided that much more than Bennett has

All you’ve been talking about is how great our run D was if Jordan Davis is in….hes been in.

I gave up my ladle

It was at that moment that Sirianni latched onto the mantra of "Players, Formations, Plays,”

Self admittance of zero thought of a scheme

WR Rashid Shaheed from the Saints might be up for trade

The question was whether you’d go All In this season?

What do you think that would take? Or mean?

The other question I have concerns Q. Hamstring injury….really struggling to think there is low enough grade of hamstring injury that he couldn’t return in the game for where he should suit up for this matchup.

Now as far as intel you are trying to give the Vikes to prepare for Addore and Ringo? We need to lay the BS on thick……any less time they straight prepare to slaughter that duo the better.

While we are at it Dickerson as well. The less prep they have for Toth…well you know….though Dickerson they might consider rushing back here.

I wouldn’t consider Dickerson or Q until after the bye.

We have Vikes then Gmen..bye week

My concern is Siri leans mostly one game at a time approach. Just stepping away from making that 100 percent priority…those two we need right and as healthy as we can get. For whatever run we ..at least try to make…hopefully accomplish.

I wouldn’t go All In this season personally. To volunteer my answer. I’m looking at this as a growth season. Very young potentially strong core unit together on D. ST…returner situation no good. DeJean is our best PR….but think I’m reversing my opinion on utilizing him with them…for this season that is. On O we are stuck in the bed that winning the SB laid out. Siri finally got his say about running the O while empowering Patullo as his trusted number two removing any potential Siri’s roadblocks. Tricked Moore into actually creating a scheme..at least more of a playbook…along with actual player development through coaching. So everything riding on been years now developing Siri becoming that O mind he believes he is. Brought in and had everything possible to do all this for him the whole time thanks to Lurie and Rosie.

So regardless of whether this years squad can chase a championship….Fangio will get this D really rounding into shape this season. What happens happens….should play out to prove what clear pieces work/don’t and what’s needed.

This is the additional season Siri has been miraculously blessed with to prove himself the O coach or not. The track record is already so very extensive. Not in any positive ways on that front really. But….hired him as a young first time HC …that really never run an O before. So optimistically the thinking would be after years of development survival and several resources been provided to lift him up…that now he is equipped to keep growing more on his own.

Or Siri proves beyond a shadow of a doubt he isn’t capable of running an NFL O. Not suggesting he’d be fired after this season. Think it just makes it undeniable he isn’t the O mind he believes he is. Enough so that Rosie and Siri himself have a long talk about how he has to relinquish that.

Pretty much what I believed was already agreed upon and determined after The Collapse. Personally for me well before that even…but…

Vic straight confirmed Jihad has been getting Edge snaps and that Dean is an option for that move to take place.

Gotta admit seems like a good idea here. Get Jihad some tape and experience more at Edge. It’s a clear team weakness. At least until we get Nolan back.
