Kenny Pickett we clearly saw Rosie was feeling. Just think how bad our franchise would have sunk instead. 2022 draft spend draft on Pickett. We’d have suffered several of our worst ever seasons. Feel confident everybody here knows and suffered through such terrible Eagles seasons way too much back before Lurie.

are you done talking to yourself?

in no certain order, my hopes for OC.

monken

kingsbury

daboll

reich

mcdaniel

one thing about reich, he's already had two chances a HC and to my knowledge, is not linked to any hc interviews so far and i doubt he will, as i think that ship has sailed for him in the future. with that i don't see him rolling after one year or even after another sb win.

Which like I said …he shouldn’t have to carry us during the regular season so much.

No 300 yard games that includes our loses when he needed to carry us. He has 18 career 300 yard games that's it. That is horrible. He is not a top 10 QB. If Dak would stay healthy, he is a better passer then Hurts. Hurts can tush push and use his legs now and then to make plays but he can't read a defense and no it's not just play calling.

Moore tried and Hurts couldn't handle anything with complexity or any intricacy. It's why we had to go back to the KISS offense last season. Luckily we had the people in the trenches to make that work and cover up Hurts inadequacies

Honestly I really think David Shaw could be the sleeper pick for us for OC…. Passing game coordinator for Detroit right now and Detroit had one of the better passing games #3 in the league with a QB that has limitations like Hurts.

Been a HC and OC before granted in college but has experience.

Not sure he would jump instantly at a HC offer

Clearly we should have fired Siri and promoted Moore. How many years are we missing out during a very SB-ish Window? Missed out this year. Then likely miss out next year since we are delaying firing Siri. After that hire the new coach who very possibly takes a year to get things up and running. So maybe make a run four years from now?

They have to find a way to talk Reich into the job. We’ve all known he’s the best answer under these circumstances.

LMFAO. yes, fire the hc that just won the SB. JFC you are dense. 🤣

I will caution one thing with Reich.

IMO great with play design... but Doug actually called the plays. Doug IMO just a great feel in the moment of what to call. To me, that was more of the issue this past year.

Reports are coming out that Daboll and Mcdaniels are at the top of our list for the OC job and that we have already reached out to them for what that is worth

Didn’t Reich call plays in LA for the chargers and then for the Colts did alright as a play caller in own right not a great HC though…. Wouldn’t be my top pick but makes sense since there is a connection already and no risk of him leaving for another Hc job

more and more I think about it Daboll makes a ton of sense for us. He has coached Hurts before way back in college but still has an idea of his strengths and weaknesses, obviously coached Saquon…. Successful OC/play caller at the NFL level in buffalo and likely won’t get a HC offer again for a couple seasons if he produces.

We didn’t and just missed our chance to repeat. Are we going to miss another chance to repeat over this? Sounds fairly likely. Then have the first season breaking in the new coach. That’s three years wasting in the team’s potential dynasty window. For me : that’s dense!

Reich called the plays on Indy. Was huge with game planning and adjustments also. Well we obviously know he was all the brains with X and Os in Indy…Siri was his OC.
