Not comparable at all…terrible take by you. I have zero problem with him still drafting like the NDSt kid. But our need was WR 2. We have depth …freaking finally. Got a couple of third or fourth WRs. Need a 2..starter. Plus he exactly solves are O problems we currently face. Slot and Zone buster. Lemon can be argued best WR in this entire class. No other player left on the board even close to graded with Lemon. Exactly the time to go grab him.

You had no takes at all because you could never commit to anything or you play both sides they just delete the one that didn't work. It's comical

Absolutely not a strength of his to scrap together later pick. Clearly believe he was top player on our board. Wasn’t forcing things positionally knee jerk reacting to AJ tantrums. Dozens and dozens of WR Rosie has brought in unsuccessfully. This was exactly the choice Rosie needed to make.

What AJ tantrums...explain any " tantrums "

Ouchhhh …only took moments for those FL statements to age so poorly. You would believe even blind luck would strike every once in awhile at least from FL. He is absolutely fantastic at being wrong ..providing bad takes. His whiff percentage is absolutely..wait for it….wait for it…LEGENDARY!

And what did you call? Absolutely nothing. You don't call anything or any consequence then say you said it all along, so stupidly moronic. You would never take the risk of making a call, you would be a terrible leader(and it shows)

He’s actually great at contested catches. Hurts throws such a fantastic catchable jump ball. How tall are the DBs guarding him? Then how solid is the makeup of those DBs? Believe Lemon can play outside as well as the Slot. But figure he’ll mostly play and thrive in the Slot. Slot CBs are known as the shorter DBs also. Like Avonte Maddox types. You gotta pay attention to the details. I mean… yes…he isn’t towering over everybody. He is exactly a possession guy. I mean how can you be so consistently inaccurate and wrong! He’s great fighting for the catch. But the actual key is his route running and quick step. Guy gets open.

We agree on this....contested catches are important...the " dagger" being the example....Smith wide open but the throw is so bad that he ends up having to come back for the ball and make what should have been such an easy catch..somewhat a contested catch.

Very important to be able to do that catching balls from Hurts...we agree.

We’ve never had a Slot guy for Hurts. We don’t have a starting second WR target either. Struggled against Zone the most. Completely game changing for our O….that’s before even considering Mannion introducing an actual scheme.

What is the scheme, you must know. If Hurts changes the called plays whose scheme is it???

Mcvay who is 0-3 against Siri and Kyle all I do is choke Shannahan blown what 3 SBs now. Image this Eagles team with elite QB like Stafford though

3 SBs....did SF make 3 SBs?? I don't think so

Moment of truth. Finally provided anything more than garbage Slot WR for Hurts. Let’s see if his production from the Slot increases?

LOL It can't get any worse. Pretty hard to do when you start with zero

Hahaha…I love it…you are so going to hate this. Your #Hurtshate driven Slot failure label you attached so falsely to Hurts is going to get shoved completely in your face. Just like Moore proved by just a couple of times moving Smitty there.

Who are you talking to? Yourself again

Lane started from game 1 as a rookie

I'm sure he made some mistakes. We weren't consistent contenders back then. Howie usually drafts line ahead of time. I just don't want to lose the consistent play we have there

💯. Can always get an OT next year....if the picks from last year and this 3rd round 6'9" guy who didn't give up a sack as LT for Miami last year doesn't work out.

The OT from Miami isn't terrible. He had to protect Beck so he can't be too bad. I mean they were runner up in the national title game

Give McVay Simpson…give Shannahan Purdy….top O minds can contend with guys like that. Could you even imagine? Our guys mostly overcoming our ‘O mind’ wannabe. Those coaches…can ughh…actually coach players. Why are expectations shouldn’t be expected best O mind we could get has been beyond me. Heck McVay completely wet dream land…I did backflips with excitement just getting Moore.

NO we need TOMLIN!!!!! Nothing less!!!

Stafford at the end. If nothing else gives them a legit backup option for Stafford missing any time. Could view it as extending Stafford’s career possibly. His aging much lesser a roadblock if they have a legit backup option. Stafford’s been super durable player….but if nothing else could enable him to not force things through injury. I really didn’t see Simpson as even a day two level QB. Not sure any were…there was one guy had that potential(besides Top overall pick).

But…huge BUT…he’s a smart guy…McVay might possibly make him serviceable. Kind of like Shannahan with Garrapolo…except Garrapolo always did the worst stupid live late in the game where it couldn’t be overcome.

Maybe they like what we do and want to start a QB factory too

If Hurts can't find him.... he checks the box of " we need a new QB.

As the discussion on the radio today....Lemon has a longer leash than Hurts does with the Eagles.

While you were all upset....I was looking at big picture.. .drafting a WR means it's a weapon they want minimum 4 years. . That's telling me the QB is even further in a " show me something " position.

3 offensive draft picks.... if Hurts has another season like the last 3...we know the end is near for him.

You bet,it's the last piece, If Hurts can't be a top 5 QB now then it's time for him to go

Yeah I said earlier that after my knee jerk reaction I started to think differently. The pick wasn't for Hurts, it was for the next QB. Mannion won't be shy about it either. Hurts now has a QB OC and he's going to make Hurts jump through the hoops now

I know what Hurts shovels in your face 🤣 Not real hard to get better when you start at zero is it???? What is your prediction about how many yards get shoveled in my face? C'mon make a REAL call now, stop hiding. Give me your slot production calls right now. Yards, receptions TD's(any will do) make a call so we have it on record

Question. If Hurts is "iffy"(like last year) does Mannion pull Hurts because you know if McKee shined at that point it's truly over(and McKee has never played with the 1's at skill positions as far as I know). Is Howie going to stand by while his star round 1 pick gets 1-2 targets per game? I don't think so. But you know you just got Wicks in also. Alot to spread around(and add Goedert in). I mean if I was hired as an OC with "full autonomy" that means(IMO) they are trusting me to make ANY calls I need to win games. If Hurts can't grasp this offense and McKee can what does Mannion do? If I am Mannion base on the above I make that move especially if I find out Hurts made another sell out side deal

So for 6 years he couldn't find the slot? What's going to hurt is when our round 1 pic gets 1 target per game because your idiot QB can't locate him. That will seal his fate, then we will trade his sorry quitter arse to another team. I will be excited when that happens NEXT YEAR

Just wait and watch…you are going to eat all this

What I mean is (do some math) Goedert probably good for 2 targets per game, yet you cut your QB back from 35 passes per game to 24(roughly) 24-2 to Goedert is 22. Probably 2-3 maybe 4 passes to RB's, so lets make that 4 per game(1 per 1/4) leaves 18 targets. So that would(on a balanced O) mean 6 targets each for Wicks, Smitty and Lemon. I can't recall 6 targets to the slot(average per game) ever, so that's what we need to see. I Mean every game is different but that should be the average as I see it. Now if you want an "explosive" offense those numbers need to come up
