2 more picks just above UDFA. Maybe a DT prospect? Another S or LB? I'm not real happy with Shipley,so another RB would be fine by me

Read an article that said the Cole Payton pick wasn't about Hurts, it's about McKee. I disagree with that assessment. It's too early to know who it's about. Hurts has to perform now or the pick WILL be about Hurts, but writers have to write

Holy crap they picked that huge Nigerian 306 pounds 6% body fat ran a 4.6 40

Has never played a down of football

Ham, you have been a fan of this owner's team for 30 years....you should understand the significance of $$$$ and cap space to this organization.

The Eagles are absolutely not afraid to cut ties with any player that costs them $$ or limits their cap space.

If they pay elite money, they expect elite results. Elite level seeing the field...elite level making the throws.

The 4th OC without showing elite QB play... they can’t afford that going forward.

They are setting up passing targets all over the field with their investments. The QB needs to deliver elite level.

Believe SB MVP is the height of elite

LOL It can't get any worse. Pretty hard to do when you start with zero

That’s the judgement on Rosie Slot personnel

Worst offense under hurts last year, with the SAME skill players. You know why? Because Hurts was a SELL OUT QUITTER. WAAAAAA I'm not going to run anymore WAAAAA WAAAAA, some "baller" he turned out to be. As a QB maybe you have s9ome tips for him

AJ quit and couldn’t be trusted

What is the scheme, you must know. If Hurts changes the called plays whose scheme is it???

You don’t understand what scheme even is…this proves. Exactly why you haven’t been so pissed at the garbage Siri has supplied.

I had him as a UDFA. He doesn't count as a roster pick either because he is through the international portal,so he won't count

1 target per game is no longer going to cut it buddy

Because the QB quit-side deals and all. Very POOR "leadership" when you quit on your team. but you got your wish AJ is gone

Another beyond stupid post per usual. Define ":scheme" for me please since you think you know.

Targeting a blocker ever isn’t a winning strategy

Evidently it’s the guy qualified to argue with fans at games and play Rock Paper Scissors

Off field personality has no bearing on game play. still waiting on your definition of scheme. Go for it

The table compares common structural choices, viewed as options on a continuum rather than rigid boxes.

Variant

Best fit for

Advantages

Trade-offs

When to choose

Pure tempo spread

Mobile QB, light but athletic OL, deep WR room, average TE/FB personnel

Maximizes space and tempo; simpler reads; stresses vanilla college defenses; easier install from a college spread offense playbook pdf or similar resources.

Limited under-center work; fewer NFL-style protections; defense may be exposed by fast three-and-outs.

Smaller-budget programs that win with pace and space, especially vs heavier pro-style opponents.

Balanced spread (RPO/motion)

Dual-threat or rhythm passer, versatile RBs, at least one competent in-line TE/H-back

Flexible personnel groupings; can blend quick game, RPO, and play action; easier bridge toward pro-style route concepts.

Can become bloated if you add every RPO; requires good WR blocking and QB decision-making.

Ideal for most modern college programs wanting spread advantages without abandoning pro-style teaching.

Traditional pro-style

Strong-armed QB, big OL, true in-line TEs, reliable FB/H-back, patient backs

Directly mirrors many NFL offensive schemes; strong play-action game; controls tempo and clock effectively.

Higher install and teaching load; QBs and OL must handle complex protections and full-field reads.

Use when you recruit NFL-caliber size and want your identity tied to physical run and play-action football.

Multiple pro-style

Smart QB, flexible OL, hybrid TE/WRs, staff comfortable with weekly tailoring

Game-plan specific; can morph between spread offense vs pro style offense looks; best alignment with advanced scouting and self-scout.

Risk of scheme overload; demands high staff cohesion and strong practice organization.

Upper-level college or pro teams with experienced coaching and deep personnel.

Transitional hybrid

Roster recruited for one system but staff wants to move toward the other within 1-2 seasons

Allows gradual change; keeps familiar tags and formations while layering new concepts and protections.

If timeline is unclear, players can be stuck between identities; early-season inconsistency is common.

When a new staff inherits mismatched personnel yet must start installing more pro or more spread structure.

Hurts will now be asked to graduate past the balanced spread(AGAIN). Moore tried to do this and get him into pro style, but Hurts failed as have all OC's before Mannion to get him to the next level. The only way Hurts succeeds is being surrounded by top players at every position. Time for Hurts to step up or go away. Hurts is the weak link in the chain(and the O line was hurt all last year so that excuse should be gone also

Let’s just watch and see the Slot production completing take off…it will be a miracle to you

The Oline was hurt, the OC was promoted qualifying purely by being Siri’s puppet and top WR quit and couldn’t be trusted

Still…..Pro Bowl and playoff team
