June 5Jun 5 The 2017 Los Angeles Rams finished as the #1 scoring offense in the NFL, averaging a league-high 32.9 (threw this out there just for you FL…know you gotta love the 32 point a game average stat…strong)points per game under first-year head coach Sean McVay
June 5Jun 5 McVay first choice being LaFleur…..just absolute dominant showing immediately. That’s coaching! Undeniable…even for so many here only value 53 man roster talent about organizations. Players matter for sure. Never stated otherwise. I’ve noticed how quality coaches have a way of tending to identify talented fits for their system. Example: Rosie finally relinquished some of his control and power finally hiring a qualified coach in Fangio. Rosie talks up bringing in Baun as an Edge pass rusher…which is where he had been playing misidentified and labeled. Fangio…corrects Rosie…sees him as a guy he can carve out a key role in his D Off Ball.
June 5Jun 5 See the difference is more than just oversimplified version some view things as. Quality top coach has the answers….adjustments…knows how to tweak things to maximize personnel…..but all begins with identifying scouting out talented player fits.
June 5Jun 5 Who’s wagering against me here? I say coaching is huge importance….our third round draft choice will bust immediately after losing Stout. Take it for all the reasons I’ve laid out.
June 5Jun 5 Stout take the Jets bust T Becton and achieve success in a way never seen before even switching the massive man to G. One season…under Stout. Bust as high pick in NY….unwanted almost immediately after getting paid based on that single season success under Stout in LA.

Bust as high pick in NY….unwanted almost immediately after getting paid based on that single season success under Stout in LA.So very likely Becton’s only successful season occurred under Stout. All having never even played the position before. Dare to even say at a high level. He made mistakes…but also punished oppponents wearing them down with devastating mauling pancaking blocks fairly routinely. Paved the way for all time greatest rushing season…enough said.
June 5Jun 5 Picked out identifying Mailata. Never played football…yet Stout could see it….teach it. I’m going so far as to say Stout could first time ever get the biggest G ever from a guy never even played G before in a single season. Could develop so quickly an elite LT out of a rugby player. Frankly I feel Mailata is Pro Bowl level talent…All Pro considerations. But realize it’s really just such extreme levels of competition and noteworthy name recognition players at T he’s losing out to. Can’t take anything away from the deserving All Pro Ts that have been earning the award over Mailata. He’s a dedicated complete Eagles player…through and through. Unlike cough cough gag puke some diva we made a champion while bending over backwards throwing top money at….who didn’t want to be an Eagles…by what? Third season in of all about jumping ship away from previous team to become an Eagles…supposedly. All about the money and fame with that guy. Good riddance! We’re better off …addition by subtraction. Give me A team of blue collar scrappers dedicated to each other coming together as ONE. Not saying scrappers don’t need talent….any NFL level player is elite athlete…if we’re being real…and compared to myself for sure.
June 5Jun 5 Uar Benard is as Freak human as it gets. Guy would have no chance without something close to elite experienced coach can develop and harness that though. Clint is that guy. Maybe this example doesn’t actually pan out and work.
June 5Jun 5 COACHING MATTERS! Opposite example from Fangio and Clint would be Siri and Patullo. The more those two finger prints been on the O nothing but struggled and suffering. Neither can develop by coaching. Neither possess wisdoms or answers…easier example proving out by looking just even at adjustments. Never happened…couldn’t and wasn’t going to happen! No scheming players open. No targeting opponents weaknesses week to week,..really…especially targeting individually defenders.
June 5Jun 5 Siri was WR coach we brought in as HC. Failed the entire time to identify or develop any WR…that third WR. Not even getting into depth of maximizing fourth and fifth entire WR room. Believe Smitty had near nothing to do with Siri’s choice and call. Smitty known for as polished a WR straight from college as it gets. Hurts recruited AJ. Dozens of all levels attempted under Siri of top athletes come through all this time under Siri.
June 5Jun 5 Can’t say TEs developed under Siri either. Been more disappointing from hyped super athletic attempts brought in…several. Siri did seem to maximize utilizing and identifying blocking Slot WR and second TEs. Guess that’s a positive….but is it?
June 5Jun 5 McVay with LaFleur 32.9 points per game turnaround immediately. Expecting that success from our players previously under Siri and Patullo is ludicrous….insane…how about we just label those fans expectations from polishing a turd nicely as :unrealistic!
June 5Jun 5 Were we going to be better relying on Fangio supplemented by his top level assistants? Of course!
June 5Jun 5 Was relying on Stout as Oline coach and Run Game Coordinator going to prove more productive? Of course! Stout took most raw never played football player developed into LT along with getting a first time G every other top paid coach can’t make serviceable even….into greatest all time rushing attack.
June 5Jun 5 Yet the focus of reliable consistent bashing mostly here surrounds unreasonable(nicest word I barely managed to stretch my feelings to type here) expectations on our passing game production, relying on Siri and Patullo the most…this entire time.
June 6Jun 6 Sean is an evil genius. That is my first impression,” Mailata gushed. "He just knows ball. The guys knows ball. If I were to lock the three smartest people in the facility in one room, Sean would be there. And I think Sean would just be by himself. It would just be Sean. He’s a wizard

Actually if you take Mailata’s words …it kind of tells and makes my point for me. He’s had top coaching….worked real hard to even come up with a totally different work around. That worked on college…at LT. Massive does translate from college to the pros. But not at the levels he can pull off only one handed blocking the most elite word class NFL pass rushing athletesYour point is you are a liar

But he kind of more slacked. Didn’t work his tail off like Bell. You’d think that all would favor Bell. But actually I’m seeing it more in Morris favor. He has huge potential…fell and hasn’t reached as near his peak…because he hasn’t been dedicated and worked nearly as much. AGAIN sadly we don’t have Stout anymore. Thanks Siri!!!! Pretty much be no brainer Stout would have got the most out of him. Heck I’m not believing Stout would have even backed picking Bell in the first place. Stout understands and sees what it takes to play OLine in all NFL forms. Looked at Mailata and knew. Can coach …a willing coachable talented enough athlete to do the job. Can’t coach up a fatal fundamental flaw however. Plus even if you are high on new OLine coach vouched for by Fangio and respected seemingly in wide NFL circles ….impossible to follow such an elite all time legendary Assistant Coach.Look at this liar trying to act like nothing happened

Nobody is higher and values day two draft picks higher than me. I’ve constantly made my views clear about day two being so huge a factor in draft class success. No one cares what a liar calls, go lie on another board
