Reddick misread the market. That's his fault. But he wasn't going to get paid any more ...that's reality. The Eagles didn't low ball...they made a smart decision not to overreact and overpay simply because of a fluke season. And by the reality, no other team was going to do that either. That's not a negative result of signing Reddick early...that's a player not in touch with reality.

You tried to make it sound like the Eagles were forced to pay AJ this year...instead of seeing how its a great deal. 6 years $132 mil of cap hits... 27 and 29 mil in 2028 and 2029. He is a top WR in the league... 6 years 22 mil avg cap hit... now take a look around the league and understand why the Eagles weren't forced to do anything...it was simply good business. And understand overpaying Reddick wouldn't have been good business. But... your boy Fangio, probably could have talked them into it ....but obviously he didn't see the need either.
