‘Aguia is Portuguese for Eagle….just getting a head start.

That's a bit weird. As my ls dog was injected(I can't spell this right because it was spoken to me to learn) I looked at her and said Bilityah Ageago Atsayeh The translation(as you know sometimes the words are scattered in different order) is "Fly like the Eagle in Navajo. So it's weird that Ageago is that close to Aguia in Portugese

Not worried at all about our QBs ceiling of limitations. Works for me.

Yeah he is a god for you, but everyone else knows he needs to step up now and break through his limitations that you don't see

Also provide you with some other information and intelligence….about the guy you call "dumb.”

Book learning is not going to help him on the field. I had a 3.86. A 3.4 is good for a kid that has to work on football as well. Kudos to him. Dumb and bonehead have different meanings. I don't recall anyone calling him dumb although every player makes "dumb" mistakes from time to time

So much more than that to be a Franchise QB. Starts when anybody comes in the door they are welcomed by Hurts. In the gym working his butt off. Working out privately with Saquan just came into the O. Leadership….Leading by example.

Now just translate that onto the field, and grab your teammates by the arse when they start to play bad. A leader will bring them out of a funk not participate in it.He SHOULD be working with his RB(s). That is to be expected. But now I want to see a new and improved Hurts on the field leading my Eagles as he should. Get everyone involved, no ball hogging, take the runs when you have to. See the field and make 3 reads then be decisive. It's the next step he needs to take IN MY OPINION. He has talent around him out the WAZOO. Our defense should be much improved(on paper). That also needs to hit on the field(we shall see). I'm excited to see what happens on both sides of the ball under new "leadership". Hurts can do this. There is no reason now that he can't. I'm "calling" 12-5 and the division title. No collapse,no bonehead errors. This team can and should compete with anyone. Looking forward to making Swiss cheese in Brazil for Green Bay to take home. They are not too good at run D,let's pound out a win. 1-0 Let's start this off right

Dude....when you keep changing the subject to avoid the basic fundamentals of playing the position on the field...it says a lot about your confidence in him as a QB.  You don't believe in his abilities on the field, reading a defense,  seeing the field and making throws..it's why you keep resorting to all the other crap that means nothing in the moment of truth.  It's sad really.

Right...I was saying the same thing when people were talking about Wentz as a student.   Not the same as being able to think on the fly. Read and react.

20 turnovers doesn't show intelligence.

I mean pretty sure every QB since Sammy B has had workouts with players lol… I’m sure Mcnabb might have had them to didn’t Vi m get guys together to workout as well.

It a pretty common thing with QBs

Well he will have to show some intelligence this yr. What I've been reading is that in Moore's system the C sets things, the QB makes his choice on the play call. The 2 things I'll watch is for how smart our C is in reading the D and if Hurts can include everyone, not show favoritism, just hit the open guy which he missed seeing a lot last yr. Hindsight's 20/20, surely a lot of open players aren't seen by QB's, there's a lot going on.

Big adjustment going from Kelce to Cam(presumably)…. I’m sure Cam will do fine but no teaching experience

Nah... only Hurts.

For your whole life...." I'll go in shotgun and just snap me the ball and I'll run around everyone"

Vs  a guy who had to learn reading defenses and playing the fundamental QB from day 1.

The running QB is mentally behind, now actually having to learn the position.

Absolutely shows when they have 6 guys setup to rush the empty backfield....and the whole world can see it.

A QB sees it and makes the audible with whatever the proper adjustments should be.

If he comes in lighter hopefully he can have the endurance to withstand a full season grind. Lighter for him….is still huge mind you. We need him to play over fifty percent of the downs…..for however many games you wish to consider.

Then you have a guy like Hurts: forces the D to have to adjust to what he can do to them. He’s a threat to run…but also can get the ball to his playmakers.

Boy Tampa had a huge time adjusting those  2 playoff games...2 hours and what 16 points?

Pronunciation is with an accent over the first "A” with a soft "A” sound. Having lived in Brazil and able to speak the language fluently, I sure wish I had the money (or connections) to attend the game in Sao Paulo. So if anybody on this sight has connections to the team, heck, I’d love to be a translator for anyone associated with the team. Just saying! What a cool historical game for the Eagles. I’m REALLY EXCITED ABOUT THIS GAME!

We need to organize a movement. You need funding for a trip to attempt to teach Brazilians our fight song…being it is our Home game. Fly Eagles Fly!!

Hurts: I think he is better than a lot of guys here talk about him, but NOT NEAR as good as Cunningham thinks he is.

I love Cunningham’s conviction and how he doesn’t back down from his stance…..but Cunningham, when you are the ONLY one that thinks that way…..maybe it’s not true. Just saying.

Lastly, neither side has to put the jabs in on EVERY comment about Hurts. Cunningham, everyone that reads this KNOWS you have a man crush on Hurts. You don’t have to kiss his butt on every post. I really like you. But that aspect is nauseating.

At the same time, those here that disagree with Cunningham about Hurts, WE KNOW HOW YOU FEEL. No need to bash Cunningham so much. Allow him to have his man crush.

But hey, what do I know. I’m working on my golf game. This time of year is boring for TV sports except for horse racing. So I will play golf and hike the mountains nearby. Summer is FINALLY here again!

I really enjoy this board and reading your posts and insights. All of you, THANK YOU!

Jalen Hurts hasn’t won the SB. But you sure can tell he wants it so very badly. Until he’s done it…he hasn’t done it.

I WOULD LOVE THAT CUNNINGHAM!

I have many friends in Brazil that I have sent Eagles’ jerseys for them to wear right now. I want the Eagles to dominate fandom in Brazil in terms of NFL football.

"You look at all the great teams, it takes a village," Hurts said.

He continued: "We got something special going on."
