Or this is exactly the plan. Why they felt their hand was sort of forced to bring back Siri.

Who are the "key figures” in our organization to be disappointed? Lurie, Rosie and I guess we can count Big Dom.

Siri came to our organization as HC supposedly being an O mind. Started by calling the plays. Really stunk at it. Then things ended with a massive collapse where he lost the team. Other than Gainwell….does anybody really believe in Siri still here?

We have what looks like a 10 win team put together filled with some quality young players. It’s an attractive job other than the GM situation.

I believe a head coach was brought in 2021.   He brought in a good young coaching staff.  His two coordinators were hired away.  His guys...guys he coached with...his choices. 

I think there was a guy brought in to be a position coach...because he knew a certain player from the time he was a kid.  Basically a forced move to cater to a QB that the front office just needs to market as a star after they selected him as an unpopular pick at the time.

I think the higher ups forced this guy to be promoted to OC....because he was the QB's guy.

I think this time the coach was able to select his choice of OC.  

So I'm anticipating a successful season.  I think the QB now is rightfully under scrutiny...as compared to getting his butt kissed.  

I think from a maturity and teammate standpoint,  the QB will step up some. And I think the kid gloves are going to be off within the organization when he makes mistakes or does things they don't like.  

He is no longer the " steal of the draft" now he is the guy they paid the big money to be a big boy.  He will have to learn a pro offense under a coordinator that won't kiss his ass.   

With a nice schedule and some solid moves in the offseason.  I expect success this year.

Depends who gels. If the young kids can make a difference(I expect our 2 top draft picks to do that) and IF Hurts can SEE THE FIELD and deliver the ball to said open man,Paris could have a decent year,and I suspect we see Ainias at some point mid season or if Paris sucks out of the gate.2 top and highly paid WR's a top TE,now a slot threat,pass catching RB's and Bark can be brutal in the ground game(pending the C and RG). There are no more excuses for Hurts. He has to put it up right now. A few tush pushes only and only a few Qb run calls. he has to pass in the big boy league now. It's his team to win or lose. My guess is with a more effective defense we will get more offensive opportunities. I am therefore calling for 12 wins(if Hurts steps it up) and that FREAKIN ELUSIVE 31 PPG(as I do annually lol) It's an elusive goal,but we still need to strive for it. Week 1 will be a great test vs a team that has established coaches and formidable players. Should be a GREAT game!!! I'm expecting an old school shootout as we let the offense GO with the gloves off !!!!

Yeah terrible assessment. Moore and Fangio were brought in to coach the team by Rosie. Promoting Hurts family friend away from being the QB coach was a bad idea. That’s exactly where he belonged was…QB coach with Hurts. Never really heard people pumping up Hurts as a steal of the draft. Guess you just now formulated that one. Just know you’ve been butt Hurt ever since Wentz was cast aside for the better option.Hurts was the MVP runner up. Then was the front runner for MVP before the book came out on the stale predictable O playcalling. But sure…. one of the best players in the league deserves endless criticism and blame by you. D was just atrocious. The reason Siri got the job in the first place was because of whom he had lined up underneath him coaching staff wise. He’s proven that on his own he’s not really cut out for the HC job. Frankly he’s not even cut out for a coordinator job….unless he’s under a HC that can carry him like Reich. He has very little X and O answers. Siri just isn’t mature enough either. Taunting players and fans….tight game situations erupting in his own coaches and players.

Everything isn’t here. One injury to Smitty or AJ and we are seriously downgraded. We need another WR. I’d say one that can play outside. WR depth just isn’t there. Do we have a LB in that room ever? Short a S. In the trenches , on both sides of the ball,we downgraded from last season. Lesser team. But has reason for optimism to grow with in youth of talented players.

We brought in players for Fangio to develop his D. That will carry over to the next regime.
