June 16, 20242 yr Just Hurts ball hogging snatching defeat from the jaws of victory in OT shootout game versus a very tough opponent.

Your the only one that didn’t think he played terrible majority of his TDs were tush plays his running was lack luster overall and he wasn’t a great passer on top of way to many turnovers. And I was saying that at the start of the year when he was being overhyped by fans like you for his poor play.

Should not have needed 37 points if the O didn’t play like crap for majority of that game. Throwing an int that lead to a TD, Fumble that led to a td on top of countless 3 and outs by the O. Not time mention the huge block FG after a 3 and out, and a key int in the 3rd that allowed us to take the go ahead score. Which the D followed up with a 3 and out the next series. What did our O do with that punt in 3 plays. But yup Hurts single handily led us back to win v the Bills just don’t talk about all the terrible he did that point us in the hole to begin with

Needs to have better ball security Obviously not having such predictable play calling with the D just T-ing off on all our guys are up to should help lower those negative stats. Having an actual QB coach this year I believe should pay some quality dividends as well for Hurts.
June 16, 20242 yr Buffalo got the ball first in that game. Chewed up the clock so we didn’t get to touch the ball on O until five minutes left in the first. Hurts took us down and scored a TD. End of first quarter just on that….one possession each.
June 16, 20242 yr Buffalo drives down controlling the ball and kicks a field goal. Then Driscoll at RT gets owned by his man that tips the ball up for an interception. Turnover and stats negative play you are blaming on Hurts.
June 16, 20242 yr Bills drive again killing the first half into us blocking their field goal. With one minute to go Hurts is driving us then Gainwell screws up causing a fumble. Which is the second turnover of the game that went down on Hurts stats wise. Bills score a TD 17-7. Not really sure what you wanted Hurts to do in that first half to have changed much of anything? Still ended up putting up 37 with the walk off scramble winning TD in OT.
June 16, 20242 yr Driscoll got owned resulting in his guy tipping the pass getting intercepted. Gainwell completely screwed up causing the fumble. Hurts Haters just bash Hurts for being charged with two turnovers. Neither one his fault very clearly.

But how much more can you really expect to be upgrading from Pro Bowl level there? That’s the optimistic point of view. The pessimist would point out the massive amount of carries Saquan has toted on his body and his not small injury history. Right, our O line could make any RB a pro bowler. I'm sure Bark will love it here because we don't need to ask him to be our whole offense. He can even take some 3rd downs off, imagine that!!!

Actually believe we should maybe talk him out of retirement later in the season if we actually did develop into a contender. You actually just stated "no drop off from Kelce to Jurgens”? How could you even possibly type that with a sane mind? Yes Quez stunk. Yet you blame Hurts for that from the previous season. Or how about washed up Julio that could only run one route? Or blocking OZ? I guess there wasn’t a need for a capable player that actually was on the field. We’ll just wash over that because we have two strong guys up top at WR. And Howie fixed that, yet that is not an upgrade-got it. Sure, Cox will be missed, but now it's time for someone else to fill his cleats. IDK if there is a drop off from Kelce to Jurgens,I haven't seen a game yet but you have????? He still has things to learn, but at C either you can play the position or you can't and indications are they are fine with Jurgens, but I'm sure you know better. Players retire, it happens league wide, not just here. Pro Bowlers are not immortal. As far as "capable players" Hurts needs to make 4 reads not 1(WR,WR,TE,slot/RB. The plays to Zach, and even Julio/ Stoll were the CALLED plays with ONE read. Hurts needs to locate these guys when it's NOT the called play. His field vision/decision making is sub standard, especially in the middle of the field which he consistenly ignores for how long he has been our QB and he needs to step up now. This team has loads of talent and they make Hurts look good. Hurts is a RB who can throw, now that needs to change, and I'm sorry you are the only one who refuses to see that

Everybody that isn’t me must agree with your statement that he done so bad they’ve run out to buy his gear. Hahaha great timing on the players association Releasing these figures. Number 1!!!!!! Selling jerseys makes you a star,no doubt. All he has to do is back it up now. Wentz jerseys were also flying off the shelf like most teams QB's. This is news to you?

Now post a vid of the SB drop, then another one of the bonehead JV EZ sack and the numerous vids of Hurts falling down like a little girl. Seems Hurts played at 100% to GET the big money, then dropped off to 80%. There was ZERO progression last year.In fact many REgressions. Now pony up, and admit your boy isn't a god when 3/4 of his stats were tush pushes because we had the O line to do it

June 17, 20242 yr Author BTW I DO agree Siri's job (maybe Hurts also as we aren't afraid to dump mediocre QB's and Hurts is a terrific runner but a mediocre passer) is on the line if we fail this year. Besides Hurts drop, Siri got out coached by Andy. Giving up at 10 point 1/2 time lead was inexcusable, then again they had a QB who busts every play. I'm sure Lurie and Howie will understand a loss if we do the best we can, what they cannot tolerate is 1/2 assed efforts. I have NP at all losing to a better team. Like the brass through, I DO have issues when the team just can't execute. The loss to AZ(a 3 win team) really told me that Hurts leadership wasn't up to snuff and he lost the team. Lurie and Howie are giving both Siri and Hurts another chance to make it right. Time to walk the walk, the talking has ended. Win by any means necessary and while I want 31 PPG,there are times like Joe says when we need to grind it out in a low scoring affair. But that should be against a contender not a 3 win AZ team. We should have walked all over AZ. That wasn't even a collapse, that was worse than a collapse. That was the team quitting
June 17, 20242 yr Some how you see the Zona loss as showing something negative on Hurts just proves your Hurts Hating. So many things came to a head in that game….which I predicted mind you…Hurts put up your 31 points throwing three TDs….what was showing so egregiously bad at fault about Hurts in that game? Just ridiculous to try and blame Hurts for absolutely all negatives that go on. Crazy!
June 17, 20242 yr See what else you can mislabel because you don’t watch the games. Our O was consistently Hurts going through progressions then having to bail and escape the rush to find an open target afterwards. Not even close to one read. But just continue your singular focus on blaming Hurts instead of any other reasons that were occurring g all over the place.
