Already knows Fangios schemes,can help the younger guys and spot play as needed and has the experience to take over if someone goes down

I see us as needing a top outside pass rusher and a run stopper inside as biggest needs along the Dline. We really have so much relying on Davis as our run stopping Nose. Hard for me to feel but so comfortable on him. The pass rusher outside situation feels like it has to be answered with one of our young guys we’ve lined up. Fangio has to get these guys clicking. Just seems like about the only answer there at this point. I don’t see us trading for Judon or a move like that.

Frankly I don’t understand the whole logic of positions going on. I was accustomed to a Nose with two DE beside him and two OLB outside them….in a 3-4. Clearly not how they are labeling our defenders. Carter, Davis, Milton …so on…are labeled DT. Huff came in as DE. Sweat moved to OLB. BG is only other DE.

At what position and job? Pretty important part of any equation of adding a player. You are fighting and arguing to add him…but can’t even define for what role.

I’m actually trying to throw you a bone here on this. I’ve been assuming and we’ve been talking about him as an Edge player. The answer is no for that. But if the discussion is about a rotational pass rushing interior Dline position I could actually be more willing to discuss that. The answer would still be no…but at least more worthy of discussing and considering.

If he’s not an option for 2025 and moving forward on a rebuilding team and D then there isn’t much point in discussing him then…not anywhere near at this point especially.

From all my so deep and thorough investigations(actually just took one peak at Over the Cap) I find we are paying him over 21.5 mil on our 2024 teams salary cap. That makes him BY Far our highest paid player according to official salary cap dollars we are spending on our 2024 Philadelphia Eagles squad.

Funny how even the Hurts Hater makes the mistake of referring to the rest of our players as Hurts supporting cast. Very telling of just how forced your agenda has become.

Dude... You didn't watch the Eagles defense last year.   Reddick was no where near the best player on D in 2023. But you do this.

You fall in love with a player for one year...then that's it. He can do no wrong.  You ignore all the reports about him as a selfish player, looking to get his stats...etc. 

2022 was one fluke year for Reddick...in the impact of making big plays.  Getting a sack basically every other game with one turnover all season ...not doing much vs the run.   That's not your best player.
