Football guys talk football...just like every other industry in the world. Nothing story...moving on. Or in our case the pocket protector guys pretend to tell football to football guys.

I love the 10 spot...hate the 4 spot. Hall or Barkley to me are the same level... much rather pick early 2nd round and see what's there for the late round 3 early round 4 turn. Sets up great position for QB or TE. Derrick Henry or Jonathan Taylor maybe

Sets up great position for QB or TE. At 4 or 5 I would probably take my RB1-Barkley or Breece Hall. Still loads of excellent WR's on the turn, then with my 3rd,I would probably go ahead and take my RB2. On the turn rounds 4,5 I would probably look at a QB with one and either WR2 or my starting TE. So that would be my strategy for piking 4th. 5th not much difference, you could possibly even get better value drafting 5th
August 8, 20242 yr Author The next 5 guys would IMO be WR's. Lots of top guns there. I would also look to hold off and steal Najee Harris as my BU RB,denying another guy from getting his RB 2. I would take my RB 3 BU before my WR3 because again still massive amounts of talented WR's let. After my BU RB I may even draft WR 3 and 4 back to back(making sure WR4 isn't on the same bye week as the other 3)

In this type of list if it went exactly like this... you pick 4 and then 21... or 10 and 14. To me 10 and 14 is the better spot, especially if the rest of those RBs go before pick 21. 10 - 14 you can double down on 2 RBs if you want or get a top WR and top RB. I'm not so sure Hall or Bijon are going to be that much better than the next set of RBs to where I take just one of those 2 and miss out on the rest and also the top WRs. Much rather start the draft with 2 stud RBs or one stud WR and stud RB.

I also like to grab a RB handcuff with a very late pick just to CMA
August 8, 20242 yr Author So at 9 I am looking at maybe Taylor at RB and AJ Brown at WR,so I would probably snag Taylor, may go BTB RB's or WR1 on the turn depending on who is there

Hurts at 28.... now you don't pick until #45. That's tough. Say Barkley or AJ with Gibbs, Williams or Pacheco ... then letting the flow come back still good QB options , might even end up with the stud QB and TE on the next turn.

In 1 draft I had to take Tua as my QB1 and got Lawrence as a BU. COuld have been a good move to wait, but really have no clue how these 2 will do and there aren't any FA choices left at QB LOL
August 8, 20242 yr Author I already did a little waiver work on the other 2. After this draft I will post them as they are now

August 8, 20242 yr Author Here. I picked up Chase off the waiver wire and lost the rook WR for the Chargers(McConkey). I liked him but he had the same bye week as others,so traded him away for the possible Mixon replacement in cincy. Smith-Njigba is my BU WR,clear of any bye week issues
