Why do you need 4 defenses?(Never played dynasty before) Well.. with 30 on the roster. Part of the strategy is keeping guys away from your opponents. Plus from year to year you don't know which defenses will be good. I usually end up with more at the end. This team is where I ended last year with. It freezes...and now we give the commissioner our cuts... then he gets it all loaded up for the draft

Not familiar with Tucker. WR-Lockett could lose targets to Smith Jigba. TE-Fant can go,but other than Bowers the other rook TE's don't seem that great. This is all my op

I cut Love and the Rams RB last year... they would look sweet on this roster.

I got screwed with James Robinson when Jax drafted Etienne or however you spell it... same with Seattle drafting a RB to go with Waller, but he's still ok.

IDK that Bowers would last until 10 where you pick but could be a chance worth taking

IDK that Bowers would last until 10 where you pick but could be a chance worth taking I'm not worried about TE... I would play LaPorta every week... its not a position that get a lot of points. I'll only look for a 3rd guy if one really stands out. I goofed with taking Young over Stroud last year and cutting Love. I may look to get another QB for the future. But I really don't worry about it too much. The draft takes almost a week to complete so I keep my eye out and look each round instead of having to go into it with a " Master plan"
August 14, 20242 yr Author Maybe you should just cut your 5 and stand? No fun not being part of the draft though
August 14, 20242 yr 3 minutes ago, GreenbleedinNC said: If you don't get bowers you have first waiver pick for TE3 if you feel the need I don't do any waivers until I see something that really stands out. Never do waiver before the season starts, not even sure if its open until after week 1?

Most regular leagues start the waiver process a day or 3 after the draft.IDK what your rules are

No fun not being part of the draft though Ehh... it's not too bad at this point, 80% rookies are taken, early on its basically all rookies. Bowers, a QB and WRs are probably the way to go this year. But until all the cuts are made, I won't be able to see the entire board. It's pretty kool as they have everyone ranked. You can see rankings a bunch of different ways.... " remaining players" which included each position or just overall rookies...etc. Color coded and a draft board. I'll take a photo right before my pick so you can see.

August 14, 20242 yr Author At 10 you could still add a nice future player without dumping your roster. Just me but I would drop 6,pick in round 1 and let it go until the first waiver hits and see who is there. Do you go back up to 30 players? or just whatever after the 25? or do you play with the 25 only?

OK... so maybe you aren't getting it.... all 10 teams list their cuts.... lets say 4 teams only cut 5 guys... another 3 cut 6, one team cuts 7 and then the last two teams make 10 cuts each... We all draft 5 rounds... then 4 teams would be done.... so my 6th round pick would be #56. There was a dude last year that cut a few more guys than anyone else... I think he had the last 3 picks in the draft. At the end it goes faster because there are less people and they already know ahead of time that they are making more picks.
