August 14, 20242 yr I like all kinds of music. Had a great time at the techno concert with DeeLite. Saw Alice in Chains open for Metallica. ZzTop had a huge magnet come across the stage lift cars up and bring them to the car crusher on their Recycler Tour. My first concert was good old Van Halen. Kids have no idea about them anymore.
August 14, 20242 yr Saw we are 2.5 point favorites over the Pats. Whoever is betting on the PS games has serious gambling issues. Yet…this is one time I’m very tempted. We should crush them…right?
August 14, 20242 yr Bleedinggreennation suggests Ainias hits IR with a phantom injury this season. Sounds like a pretty good idea. He clearly needs the practice time…but don’t think we can afford to get him much anyway even if we kept him on the practice squad. The practice squad we could probably even stash John Ross and Parris Campbell on frankly.

I would put RB 4 back there before I put DeJean there I think we are going to see more RBs on kick returns with the new rules. I don't think we are looking for " dynamic " return as much as it is going to resemble a play from scrimmage.

Imagine if a talented guy like Carter put in the effort that Hurts puts in. He’d be a HoF. We’ll see what he becomes. I hope Carter becomes the best. Only thing really holding him back is himself. You like the clichés. Best report I've heard from camp. Brandon Graham says Hurts has a new outlook on life. No more " how to be a coffee bean" etc. We've had our share of whacky QBs personality wise... I don't think it's coincidence that the SB win came with a QB who just wanted to be one of the guys, a regular dude. According to the report that is what it seems Hurts is looking to do more this year. Took the stuck up stick out of his arse. Work ethic this and that, a key element of football, especially the leaders is realizing its not tennis or golf. You can't walk around all keep away from me I'm working. Making everyone feel part of the group and equal ...then the guys want to play for you while things aren't going well. Apparently our QB grew up a lot this offseason. That's a great sign...the best intangible yet!
August 14, 20242 yr By the way those breakdancers were incredibly talented in the Olympics. No idea how it made it in, but I enjoyed watching it. Thought it was entertaining.

You have zero clue about how I cut loose. You couldn’t hang…trust me. But keep trolling… What triggered this response? Find anything before this to where I brought up YOUR break dance skills? This is YOU...making it about YOU. YOU... need help as you clearly don't even realize that tou constantly do this kind of stuff.

That's a great sign...the best intangible yet! Total BS agenda crap you are slurping up. Since the beggining you could tell players gravitate towards Hurts. Even the defensive players play harder for him. Funny how now you finally are at least starting to realize the importance of intangibles play in leadership for a franchise. Even though you’re trying to use it as a dig against Hurts. Hurts is very clearly a big time competitor. So the situation going down like it did last season clearly had him on edge…like he should have been. He understood getting to 10-1 wasn’t going to really mean squat the way things were going with the team. He was right! Too want him to just party it up while the team is underachieving and becoming so very predictable and stale? Not what a real leader does. He pushes his team. He wants to win a Championship. It wasn’t going to happen with the way things were going last season…even being 10-1. I saw it! Hurts saw it. You and others I guess didn’t until it was way too late. I’ll stick with the leader that striving for more. Be great if he could have some more fun this season. Last season being injured and squeezing out wins versus blah competition wasn’t doing it. He was hurt, O was stale and predictable, the D stunk. In that situation I want my leader stepping up pushing guys to not just rest on thinking 10-1 means they got everything in the bag.

You have trouble separating everything. One has nothing to do with the other. Just like Howie's cap management has nothing to do with player selection. 2 different things.

So sounds like Hurts resonated pretty soundly throughout the team before this offseason. Once again. Player selection and cap management go hand in hand. Can’t separate the two. Goal is to sign quality players for good value …but completing the Championship roster.
August 14, 20242 yr You think it was just bad player selection bringing back DJax and signing Malik. Wait you aren’t realizing Is that lesser player selection was driven by the cap situation. Of course we wanted better players selected…but they cost more. It goes hand in hand.

August 14, 20242 yr Have no idea how selecting bad players against your cap doesn’t effect cap management in your mind.

August 14, 20242 yr But Hurts clearly was frustrated with Siri not having X and O answers. Sure things are always much more rainbows and butterflies when the team is 0-0 instead of suffering a crushing losing streak.
August 14, 20242 yr Show me a QB that’s not upset and frustrated when a talented team he has is on a losing streak…and I’ll show you a QB you need to trade.
