August 16, 20242 yr Author Pickett seems uninterested really. he seems fine loafing around and collecting. I didn't really like the trade then and It's worse now

Not impressive to be stupid I think it’s so understood the coaches are even understanding wanting them to go for returns …more than a real game. I actual think the coaches out loud spoke in that situation in this PS…return it. They want to see just as much to get a feel. Only so many game returns to actually make decisions here. Have two returners back there each time.

August 16, 20242 yr Clearly have come such a long way in a short period from the talk of Pickett being the superior passer to Hurts.
August 16, 20242 yr Author At least Shew tried LOL Pickett just goes through the motions. I don't like his attitude

August 16, 20242 yr Maybe Grier will just accept the assistant assistant O coaching position. Save us from having to carry him on the PS.
August 16, 20242 yr Author Eagles QB Kenny Pickett: It was an efficient first half for Pickett as he looks to maintain his standing as QB2 for Philly behind Jalen Hurts. He was 11 of 13 passing for 67 yards while leading the Eagles to a field goal drive. Pickett was under siege quite a bit in the opening half as he was sacked four times, but didn't make any dire mistakes under that pressure. Eagles QB Tanner McKee: After Pickett started and played throughout the first half, McKee came in to begin the third quarter. Out of the gate, the 2023 sixth-round pick made some impressive throws, including a deep sideline ball to tight end E.J. Jenkins in the third quarter. After briefly exiting the game, he returned to help lead Philly to a late touchdown drive to help them pull away with the win. McKee finished with 15 completions on 19 pass attempts for 140 yards.
August 16, 20242 yr Author Efficient with no yardage and no scoring. If you like efficient he's your guy(Pickett). I prefer the guy who moves the team and scores(McKee)
August 16, 20242 yr This sort of parallels what took place last season. A very sour win pulled out of our butts at the end over a terrible team. I don’t know if it means much of anything with so few starters involved.

It really does have a feel of trying so hard to just don’t do huge glaring terrible mistakes the backup job can be taken from him. Sadly it might be exactly the situation we have set up for him here. So makes it a bit more hard to judge. Feels like there’s incentive here for Pickett to not take chances and not go hard at making plays. Just show completion percentage while moving the ball without turning it over…might win him the job. Could be a predetermined formula fairly high at play here.

But a player can only control what he can control. I’ve seen Tanner pretty much answer the call since day one here. Huge gap between what’s been asked of him and the starting job however.

If you're up 35-17 with 4 mins left then he's your guy. I you want a come from behind win I'm playing McKee

LOL we're not talking about replacing Hurts. We know that's now happening barring a bad injury. Pickett offers nothing as fr as winning games with dink passes you or I can make
