I believe I saw 16 on the PS.

Thought I saw the Dallas CB needing surgery and out for 6 to 8 weeks.

Yep,,,lead the league in interceptions last season

Swift played very well last season.

For me having that starting third WR makes a difference.

SO Bark isn't better than Swift in your view?

So your saying we should just rely on the backup QB to throw passes to an undrafted Rb not known as being a pass catcher for our season plan each offseason?

LOL a Third string TE,an undrafted RB and a BU QB scored in the SB

Anias- He will train to be Dotson's BU and be used sometimes on motion seeps as Hill was used in KC. I still am not thrilled with ASmiths "twitch" He will need to get faster with his hips. All in good time. Wilson also will not be out forever,he should see a few snaps as well. We could see a few snaps later in the season moving Dotson out, putting ASmith or Wilson in the slot, to give our top guns a breather now and then. Shipley can spell Bark. When we make those type subsitutions we really don't lose much but GAIN in game rests for out top guys. I love it. AJ and DSmith and Bark all rested for the 4th 1/4. GL to defenses when they are tired and our guys are fresh

Ravens Oline coach passed away

I think Saquan is a better player than Swift. But you’re expecting massive returns for him to produce so much more than Swift’s Pro Bowl season. Just begin with can Barkley stay healthy for 17 games? But Swift had a better OLine…plus Stoll an excellent blocking TE2 that this year’s squad doesn’t have.

LB Ernest Jones of the Rams has been told to seek a trade. He’d instantly come on Here as our best coverage LB. 145 tackles last season with 4.5 sacks

This is the move to make to get us there

Sanders was pro bowl behind this OL too..I think you get caught up in the label and not seeing the big picture at RB

1... Barkley can stay on the field in all situations..unlike Sanders and swift, plus has more experience carrying a load if needed.

2.  Gainwell,  a year more experience ND playing on contract year

3.  Shipley ... anything was better than what Scott gave.

That's a little improvement at all 3 spots.. combined is significant... and a big reason... what if we rush the ball 30 or 35 times in a game?  Couldn't do that last year. That’s huge, especially for a QB like Hurts...a running QB.

Who do you cut?

More importantly...who do you think the Eagles would cut?

He’d be our best LB so anybody would be upgrading the roster

Sanders ran for 1269 yards with 11 TDs

I wouldn’t expect Saquan to produce so much more than that

I do see the benefit of Saquan being an all around RB

Swift went over 1K yards rushing himself

Getting away from Siri’s ‘O Scheme’ I do believe Moore will utilize the passing game to the RBs much more

Who would you cut... anybody isn't a name.  Right now the media is all over how good our LBs have looked all camp.  I know you love " name" LBs... but now you give up a pick, add salary and have to cut one of our LBs   Which one that has put in the work all camp with his teammates do you cut?     You believe in the intangibles right?   So the intangible of the group of guys putting in the work together and all the reports are that they have done really well together.. now you break that up, you need to consider who you cut... the guy who wanted to come here from Tampa, the guy that Fangio wanted specifically, the rookie whose father played here, the 3rd year LB who is finally recovered from injury?    What's the move?

So sorry but had to make a move for a legitimate starting LB…that can cover and tackle.

Again... forget the stats?  The ability to stay on the field..... you know what I remember about Sanders... the Indy game when we actually needed something from him that year, he came up small, couldn't block either.  Barkley in the same situation does much better that year.  the competition was easy in 2022.  He practically begged to stay here, they wanted no parts of him.  Barkley brings much more to the table.  Just having him on the field without touching the ball has more impact.

We had this discussion plenty of times, the team rushing suffered by forcing Sanders the ball... the year before when he got less and didn't even get a TD... the team rushing was better.  This year I'm looking at the entire team ...the best RB group we have had here and the best WR group too.  The QB said to be at his best... should be out best O season since 2017.

OK... the 3rd time I'll ask the question... might as well it's per usual?   But you answer direct questions.  Who do you cut.

Your whole argument was it was all about the Oline…not the RB. Which isn’t as good…add in missing the blocking TE in Stoll. Ability to stay on the field is key. Saquan can in all game situations….but can he with such a heavy injury past plus such a heavy load of carries in his college and pro career?

I did answer. But fine let’s cut Baun so we can field our best every down LB…like the point you make about at RB.

He will have to play less than he has ever had to before this year.   He was the entire offense for 6 years ... behind a crap OL.    This will be a vacation for him.

OK... you think Fangio would want that?

You were the one always railed against paying RBs. I’ve been for it…they’re cheap.
