But Moore i believe is more capable a coach that can teach and ughh coach. So should help.

Any other team run this play FORTY ONE TIMES????? ANY? Any player ever have such a high rate of short yardage conversion than Hurts?

September 3, 20242 yr 1 hour ago, GreenbleedinNC said: He won't because of the overhang from last year. He has his nails bitten down so bad they bleed worrying He was going over 125 yards receiving early on each game. Clearly there was an adjustment DCs made. So let’s see how things play out now.

September 3, 20242 yr Can Newton not sure his success rate but I mean Superman was doing his thing in what 2018 I think it was pretty sure it was a high percentage and his wasn’t on sneaks
September 3, 20242 yr 11 minutes ago, Bleedinggreen93 said: Not really that big of a deal honestly eagles overhauled our secondary and unfortunately for Dejean he had an injury that likely hindered him from being as ready as he should be. Lucky for us we don’t need him week 1 or even week2(hopefully) Yeah he’s like our sixth CB right now I guess
September 3, 20242 yr Tom Brady is the greatest QB sneaker of all-time. The seven-time Super Bowl champion has the most conversions (124) and second-highest conversion rate (90.5 percent) on QB runs on third or fourth-and-1 since 2000, including the playoffs (minimum 50 attempts). Only David Garrard (91.1 percent) has a higher conversion percentage than Brady this century.

September 3, 20242 yr There had been very noticeably a downward trend in the usage league wide of the QB sneak since 2000. I like making a strength when others are trending the opposite direction.
September 3, 20242 yr Hopefully Moore can limit the abuse Hurts takes on doing these so much though. We need him for the entire season at as close to completely healthy as possible.
September 3, 20242 yr 4 minutes ago, cunninghamtheman said: Pretty great success for them…not as good as Hurts though. Yet Brady was more successful on his QB sneaks 2nd highest conversion rate since 2000 only behind David Garrad and Brees was 3rd. So no they are actually better then Hurts
September 3, 20242 yr Carson Palmer was highly successful at the QB sneak also BG. A guy might not be the first you’d think of.
September 3, 20242 yr 1 hour ago, GreenbleedinNC said: Any word on Goedert? Last I heard he was "back at practice' but that's it. We need him week 1 No, I haven't come across any reports
September 3, 20242 yr Hurts was 92.5 percent successful last season converting short yardage on QB sneaks

September 3, 20242 yr The thing is Brady was sneaky about his QB sneaks. Whole world has known Hurts when he’s doing it. No disguise or pretending…just been Kelce yelling out F my life!
September 3, 20242 yr 5 minutes ago, Bleedinggreen93 said: Last season this is going from 2000 not just a single season. and from 2020-2023 Hurts isn’t as successful Clearly been a huge boost to Tom Brady’s career being so money on these short yardage conversions. I won’t knock him at all on that. That hasn’t been because they were tapped into headsets stealing calls… or filming walkthroughs…or taking air out of the ball…or snow plowing for kicks.
September 3, 20242 yr the Eagles are 49 of 55 on the play with Jalen Hurts at quarterback since the start of last year -- a ridiculous conversion rate of 89.1%. but seen his total of QB sneaks since 2020 is 65 but even if he has success on those 10 59/65. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/evolution-of-the-qb-sneak-how-we-got-here-and-what-history-tells-us-about-the-tush-pushs-future-in-the-nfl/amp/
September 3, 20242 yr The CBS article states Brady as #2 all time on and Brees as #3…. But I’ve also seen Hurts numbers differ depending on the site and I don’t really feel like watching every snap to get my own read. I will say Hurts is great at the sneak but definitely plenty of other guys that would be just as good especially behind on OL. And also have to add they are doing normal sneaks not getting the extra push from behind to aid them
