That team had all the confidence in the world going in. This squad has that terrible collapse cloud hanging over them like it or not.

Should easily break the franchise records for passing yards and passing TDs.....since as a passer he absolutely has the best passing targets to pass the ball to than any other passer has has to pass the ball. And you could argue the league now is more of a passing league than it has ever been considered before when our other passers were passing the ball to their passing targets. That's probably one of the tests that Hurts could pass? I just can’t believe you watched the same game as me in that SB. That if everybody for our side…you look to blame him and put that SB loss on him is just ridiculous.

The 2022 season will be the least memorable of all the SB appearances...there was no opponent that was considered any quality victory pretty much all season after the SF QBs were knocked out. Just trying to imagine how any of the other top 5 or so QBs in our franchise history could have actually not made the SB?

That’s not what you do. You tearing down our team leader saying he’s JV and chokes. Those aren’t critics or accurate. Just hating on our team since Wentz left.

I’ve seen many quality teams that were expected to get double digit wins underachieve in my time watching this team. Plenty of losses to teams that weren’t nearly as good. Hurts and our team did what they had to do.

Trying to imagine how many coaches and especially players didn’t show up that SB for us. So many. A few guys proved they can get it done in the big game. I can work with those guys.

This squad has that terrible collapse cloud hanging over them like it or not. Lol...the team is 0-0. There is one player who has any 2023 negative to overcome. That is your QB. Who else has had any negative issues from 2023 other than Bradberry who we know won't play. It's just the young defensive players from Georgia.... but nothing that has to do with any collapse, just simply that they need to prove themselves. I do think Hurts feels it some... but that absolutely isn't hanging over the team.
September 4, 20242 yr Burying your head in the sand ignoring the ugly collapse cloud hanging over our head from last season isn’t going to make it go away. Just better to face reality and deal with it head on.

They don’t get all emotional and flip. They are the mature leader boss types. They stay even keeled and it rubs off on their team. They don’t make decisions based off emotion. They aren’t the ones need babysitting. They are the adults. They understand the bigger goals. They wouldn’t risk their star players in a game they clearly didn’t need to play…much less they would have had their teams ready to play week 18 if so.

A non playcalling HC can work. But he should be most things that Siri is not. Siri got the job because he was supposed to be an O mind. He got it because Rosie won’t hire big coaches demanding any power. Mostly he got the job based on his coordinator package he was bringing. Those guys are gone. Himself he doesn’t bring much to the table. We can put tons of guys as HC with an OC and DC completely running their side of the ball. Rosie is pretty much the CEO here. Doesn’t my need a HC that doesn’t do any of the CEO HC job descriptions.

Dude you have issues... let go of the 2017 SF clearing cap.....2019 Malik and DeSean Jackson.... 2020 disaster... and everything else. These are qualities you see in women when they just can't move on emotionally.

But I’m fine with any factual legit areas anybody wishes for him to improve. I’ve agreed he has several areas still to improve. He just needs a quality coach to teach him these things. Clearly it’s not because he isn’t coachable or won’t put in the work. But calling him JV, One Read and Run and a choker isn’t critique…or accurate.

September 4, 20242 yr Critiquing is one thing. But just constantly ignoring all his strengths and focusing solely on his weaknesses or any mistake is ridiculous.
