Does the offense look any different to you?   Doesn't to me....same plays. Maybe the guy getting the ball from the center is the issue there.... we probably see the same stuff while he remains QB.   That was the discussion on the radio today.

It's the same LAME RPO with motion. Hurts still can't read a defense or make adjustments. Just JV mentally

Yes quite a bit so actually definitely see some of what Moore wants to do here…. Is there still lot of last year RPO stuff going on yea…. Is there still designed runs yup….

On the radio they were all saying it looks the same.   QB keepers from the empty backfield set... screens that don't seem to go anywhere... the same runs but a better RB.   Seems like the QB locks in on the same guys... then he runs.  Are you seeing different routes or combinations?

IDK... a guy running in motion doesn't really excite me... it seems the same stuff to me that the QB falls back on when push comes to shove?

No issues so far with Moores offense opportunities are there to make plays. Even the 3rd down and 3 call the play was there Bark has to make the catch.

I could do without the RPOs at this point can just trash those but i know that won’t happen

YES!

Not sure I agree with this assessment. There definitely is a lot of the same old crap, but I see improvements in the WR routes. What I don’t see is Hurts making the easy decision to throw to the guy right in front of him for a 5 yard gain vs a throw away 20 yards downfield out of bounds. I don’t have coaches’ film to verify, but it seems like Hurts doesn’t "process” the play situation well to anticipate where he should go with the ball. I do know that coaches (I’ve done it with QBs) test their QBs with every play as to IF the defense, safety, MLB, etc etc do this or that…then you go there with the ball. It doesn’t seem like he is processing like that. That worries me if I am Moore. Better develop a REAL explosive run game and stick with it.

Yeah... same guys that if the easy catch was made ....only would have given up 15 points.

Do you think they played well? I’ve never coached defense but it’s pretty easy to play offense when the D line gets moved backwards on EVERY play. Other than the play made by CGJ and the sack by Milton, I don’t recall seeing any plays made in their backfield.

Which ends up being the same offense without the QB processing the stuff.

I think Barkley catching the ball means they would have given up 15 points.   I'll take that every game.

I agree but context is important here. Yes a bend don’t break defense is fine (very very frustrating but fine)… But that Atlanta offense is not that good and against good offenses you can’t keep giving them long drives in to the red zone.

The O line has to treat the RPO like a pass everytime

I don't know if that would negate the effectiveness

Problem is if they sit back treat it like a pass and we hand off they won’t have the push to help generate rushing lanes.

Think at that point would just be better going back to a pass being a pass and a run being a run no need for the RPO

In that case the pass would have to be a really quick pass.

A quick slant over the middle is a good example

I'm gonna say this every day

Jalyx Hunt needs to get some snaps.

He can't do any worse or contribute any less than Huff has.

Vic needs to figure out something as it stands we can’t stop the run and we can’t generate much of a pass rush.

Cook is right….we gotta blitz all the time it appears. Not just pass blitz….but run blitz as well.

Incomplete on 4th means no points

Points weren’t what was important

Got a QB that’s a statue in the exact same spot all game and just couldn’t create pressure

You run block…,but just can’t get downfield on it. I don’t know what these Oline were thinking on these plays. What was even the point of Lane getting upfield like he did? There was no point…or reason for it even.

The context is if Barkley catches the ball... ATL only scores 15 points.

But it's a new RPO .. totally different under Moore...  lol jk.    But that's my point.   Ultimately with the QB having the same instincts... it's the same stuff at the end of the day.

Nick Sirianni confirms he did not address the Eagles after Monday night's loss because Jalen Hurts' message was "spot on." "When a player is saying everything that you would say, there is no reason for me to speak afterwards."

Incomplete on 4th means no points,  no stopping the clock.... or whatever is important to you... you throw an Incomplete pass on 4th down it does nothing for your cause.

Correct... I heard the interview while you are " quoting " .. explanation made perfect sense.  Coach talks last... he gets a feel for the room. Part of the job is knowing when to speak,  what to say....and when to say nothing.
