September 19, 20242 yr Again if you tell the OL to basically wait you’re not going to get any push in the run game which essentially removes the threat of the run in the RPO…. So at that point might as well just do a designed pass very simple

Barkley has to make that catch, period. He didn’t. Eagles D then folded like a cheap lawn chair. Yes, if 3 points down Atlanta focuses more on just tieing the game. But that doesn’t guarantee the Eagles win in OT. Catch the ball there and they win, GUARANTEED. It's not rocket science... You go up 6... a FG for them does nothing. They have to go further to score a TD than to kick a FG. significantly further. If they do score a TD...then you only need a FG to win. You go up 3, they need less yardage for a FG that ties the game. Your chances of winning go significantly down. They score a TD... now you need a TD instead of a FG to win. Obvious choice to anyone with half a brain... it was significant drop in the win % if we were only up 3 instead of 6.

Like I said there is zero chance you are going to comprehend it even though you’ve seen it a million times unfold in front of your face.
September 19, 20242 yr After two weeks it feels proven that a TE can dominate blocking either pass rusher Nolan or Bryce.

Like i said. Only you would argue with Kelce thinking you know more than him. Only you would argue with the math in this situation. But you like being only you...so it fits. Another thing..Only you... you are brutal in explaining yourself... using vague stuff and innuendo instead of just stating facts... " I've seen in my time " ... yet you refuse ti comprehend they have statistics to either back up or refute what you said. Clearly the stats show the winning % goes way lower doing it your way.... but let's conveniently ignore that like you do with the salary cap #s ? Because vague " Ham isms" mean more than the numbers that tell exactly what happened? 🤦

Opinions are opinions...but these guys have a job following the team and the league, so it's not any random opinion without thought or time invested.

September 21, 20242 yr That’s where was it cap money or decision making that got us in this crappy pass rush situation?
September 21, 20242 yr We wouldn’t cough up the dough on the guy that made big plays and played 3/4 of the time.

My 1st question to myself for this was why would Howie let Reddick walk, but pay someone else more? It made me wonder if Reddick was a team problem and caused so much unity stress that his talent wasn't worth it. Why else would this happen? Huff is not better and had a lower snap count throughout his career.

Answer... we would have saved cap space by redoing his deal. Nobody wants to pay him... why doesn't that tell you something? Take the hate Howie agenda out.. why won't the whole league pay Reddick?

So your saying it’s only a bad player decision in trading our top pass rusher for a few years down the line third round pick…but paying Huff for his big contract year 10 sack season?

Its a rolling cap though….so really we are discussing future cap….where Rosie always put it.
