September 26, 20242 yr We like to complain about our offense... But you look at our former play callers in Indy and Jax... both struggling so far.
September 26, 20242 yr Author Elite capabilities, but the delivery hasn't been there. 15. Kirk Cousins, Atlanta Falcons: It hasn't come together yet in Atlanta, and it's not as though he was carrying the Vikings deep into the playoffs very often. He's average with the ability to exceed that in spurts. 14. Kyler Murray, Arizona Cardinals: Superstar athletic ability and talent and a resume with legit NFL accolades. He's also on track right now, but he hasn't been consistently reliable since 2021. 13. Aaron Rodgers, New York Jets: Also hasn't been consistently reliable since 2021, but he has more accolades, and there are hints that he might have one more standout season in him. This campaign really could go either way for the 40-year-old. 12. Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers: He's living off one hot half-season, and that's why Love remains out of the top 10. The upside is there, and at least he's now delivered for an extended stretch. 11. Tua Tagovailoa, Miami Dolphins: Huge question marks regarding health and (less importantly) a lack of clutch play surround a quarterback who led the NFL in passer rating between the start of 2022 and the end of 2023. 10. Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams: He's clearly falling off at age 36, but less support is a factor, and the fact remains he was a stud in 2021 and put up strong rate-based numbers in 2023. 9. Jared Goff, Detroit Lions: He has top-10 numbers pretty much across the board since 2022 and the Lions have obviously emerged. Still, it's hard to completely trust him based on his Rams days, and he's off to a troubling start in 2024. 8. Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles: Dude was a legit MVP candidate in 2022, but that's looking more and more like an aberration. In his last 11 games, he has 11 touchdown passes and 11 interceptions. Still, his huge impact as a rusher helps. This list is the SECOND tier QB's

If Reddick still wants a trade, he would likely need to report beforehand (a la Duane Brown), which would give the Jets some measure of leverage in trade talks. It’s highly unlikely they’d ever be able to get back anything close to the conditional third-round pick they gave up for him. Many around the league believe Reddick will be traded. It’s hard to see this going down any other way at this point. He’s already lost so much money that waiting a few more weeks will hardly be significant for him. He’s dug in on principle more than money at this point. This part is great. Howie fleeced them again LOL

September 27, 20242 yr All your Hurts Hating dreams should come to fruition this week. Going to meet Todd Bowles missing most of the WR room and probable Lane. So nothing to expect but pretty much total disaster this week.

Going to meet Todd Bowles missing most of the WR room and probable Lane. So nothing to expect but pretty much total disaster this week. OH here come the excuses early(hahahaha). You mean now Hurts has to compete on a similar playing field that most QB's do? With 1 or 2 real weapons, not the slew Hurts has? It's nice to see the light bulb go off over your head by admitting it's the SUPPORTING cast that makes Hurts #8 on the above list. He SHOULD be in the top 3???(yes he SHOULD) So now that those weapons won't be there Hurts will actually need to figure out where the reads are. This could be a good thing for him because that is one of the missing steps keeping him from being in the top tier. However, I doubt it's that difficult to hand the ball off to Barkley because he has been the major TD machine for us. Should be another decent game for Goedert although I expect Bowles to DT him. "Always take away your opponents top weapon". I don't hate Hurts, but I will hold him to the same bar as other QB's and others on our team. Always strive for perfection ACROSS THE BOARD. I call it a GOAL,you call it hating. You would also call it IMPOSSIBLE just like my 31 PPG GOAL. With Bark,it's entirely possible to reach that GOAL. But Hurts constant miscues are hurting that GOAL. hard to make 31 PPG when you are consistently giving the ball away
September 27, 20242 yr Author So for me,this is why during camp and pre the 2's and 3's get a chance to play with the 1's at the skill positions. Because they could be the 1's with injuries instead of "cramming" pratices with the 1's AFTER someone goes down
September 27, 20242 yr Author Now,as far as TB,the defense is always good under Bowles. Siri should have learned from the last debacle in Raymond James. Mayfield who is an average QB runs hot and cold. When he is cold we need to punish him. We need to disrupt any rhythm he gets going to keep him from getting a hot hand. Don't necessarily need to get to him directly(although that would be nice),but we need to disrupt the WR routes and our end play has been shaky,so we need the ends to be on top of their game. They have some hurt RB's and the usual ones are not top RB's. If you give Mayfield time he will kill you and the crowd will be looking for a "twofer". The fans do get riled up when we play them there. Mayfield not near the runner Hurts is. They will try what they tried last year and that is to disrupt Hurts. Hurts needs to show us some poise and that he can stand IN the pocket with guys in his face. if he panics again like last year we won't win. Without our top weapons it will be crucial for Moore to use the short game. We really could use TE2(Calc) to catch some passes. That TE2 and slot production needs to be up and running. Gainwell could be used a bit more as a passing weapon out of the backfield. Siri is still pretty awful with clock management. You have to have that vs the Bucs(or anyone). When you get the chance you TAKE THE POINTS on 4th down. You cannot take many risks with the TB D or they will make you pay. If you are close enough for the FG take it,especially with all the top gun players we have absent
September 27, 20242 yr Author The Buccaneers haven't allowed a passing touchdown to any opposing quarterbacks this season.

ASmith was very disappointing for me. He has the tools to be a decent slot and he's not coming up
