Seems like a pretty accurate breakdown of the Hurts turnovers and why I keep harping on us needing to fix them when you realize if they don’t happen how different Hurts and this team looks

Yeah….except for that high percentage passing game accounting for 311 yards. But hate to interrupt your Hurts Hating agenda with fact.

All wiped out by turnovers, that is the fact that matters

And when a defender tries to come through a WR’s back to make a play on the ball? That’s called Pass Interference. Ball at the 1 yard line…if the WR doesn’t catch it anyway.

Doesn’t have to go through his back bo plenty of ways to get to the ball to break that pass up or even beat the WR to the spot on the DB end and worse case is they hit him as soon as he touches the ball which likely leads to a drop

That’s what every QB does when running an RPO

Nah they will buy time to look for other passing targets

1 turnover by a bad WR route…by our best WR

Then if you see he is being messed with off the LOS DONT THROW THE BALL. Look for ANOTHER target

Seems like it the way you are describing things

It’s an anticipation throw downfield. You throw the ball anticipating that of course your top WR will be where he’s supposed to.

You don’t make the throw ten minutes after the WR makes his cut. You anticipate.

SO after the snap he had a clean break all the way down the field???

Harder to do with small guys that don;t have the block out capability. Hurts should know his receivers by now

Always just one read that he threw to 8 different receivers for 311 yards on 29 of 38 passing day.

Have you ever watched football? All routes are perfect?

8 reads of 1. I want to see him going through his checkdowns and you won't see it

He was completely clean…just needed to cut in front of the DB in the Endzone…Pop Warner ball stuff.

Right ONE read, then run,or force it. he can't find options 2,3,4

If the receiver doesn’t run his route like expected….probably be a turnover..or at least incomplete…most times.

A good DB would have still been all over that

Except when he found options 3,4 and 5.

You can’t…receiver is cutting in front of him. That’s the play.

It was an ill advised pass either way with the game that close you don't take chances like that
