I mean, you didn't exactly pick the specialty known for a high performance lifestyle.

Ironically I kinda do need a car that can handle bad conditions. No such thing as a "snow day" in the hospital and this year put that to the test. Had to bust out the Tahoe during the 2 big snow storms this winter.

  • Some quick thoughts on "Liberation Day," also known as "Liquidation Day." Obviously, these tariffs are way beyond anything the market expected. I think very little of Trump and the administration

Nice gains yesterday. Please keep that fat orange F away from social media and let the markets continue to recover.

That's what I have now but with 2 kids and 2 dogs it's getting tight.

Also I get called a lesbian like 12 times a week.

I feel like those should come with black leggings, a puffy sweater vest, oversized glasses and an oversized mug full of pumpkin spice latte

I've taken my Outback through some pretty rough crap with zero issues. Great car the price IMO

One of my buddies is a green energy journalist for a big paper. He gets to test drive all of these things they come out (tested a Maclaren Artura a year or 2 back that was worth like 400k it was wild). I'll have to pick his brain about that one. I'll need something bigger for trips but that might work for the day-to-day size wise.

The gdp must have tds….

It’s crazy how much gas prices are. Makes you do crazy things. Like me today… usually when I charge my car to for free at work I stop at 80% so I don’t stress the battery. But with how crazy gas is I took it all the way to 100%

Hi guys. I just found out we are getting more free chargers at work. I know you all are very excited for me. Thank you.

Are minivans that good in the snow? I know they have a bit more weight in the back to even the distribution out a bit.

The Subaru Ascent has third row seating and AWD.

I believe the Ascent has a few reliability issues as opposed to most other Subaru models.

For those of you keeping track at home, inlfation was at 2.9% when Biden left office.

we've had two foresters. both were phenomenal in all conditions. unforunately, both were pre 2015s, so we ran into the head gasket issues at around 150k. other than that though, they were great cars.

I had the same issue with mine. Sometimes I wish I had jsut kept it and paid the 5k to get it fixed.

I dont have it anymore, dumped it when my my second child was born. Just under 800 HP twin turbo, you would have taken me on a road track, thats about it.

As for what it looked like, it looked like a Mustang lmao.

Getting 800hp out of a 4.6L V8 seems like a tall order

My dick will fall off but I can play Mario Kart in the back seat if I want. So ya know, pros and cons.

Get a switch. You can play Mario kart in the back seat of a sport coupe.

Minivans have their place. In my house it's the wife's side of the garage.

I don't hate driving the Odyssey. But I much prefer my sedan.

I'm somewhat seriously considering screwing around with a volatility index.

our older son took our '99 and got it fixed by a friend who had an engine hoist. he had it for a few years until he sold it to put towards buying a ram. the '03 we traded in for an escape when the gasket went. got a little more in the trade than we wouldve if we had junked it.

The Crosstrek my son drives shares a chassis with the Forester. Outback has the longer chassis that the Ascent also uses. Both the Outback and Forester are good off road vehicles for the kind of cars they are, with each having mild advantages over the other.

Its really hard to beat the combination of performance, reliability, safety and price most of Subarus cars offer IMO.
