Well people get all pissy about ertz because he doesn't run people over.... Guess what? We never won a super bowl without him! Lol

They need depth and he is a quality receiver, veteran experience, and he wants another ring why not here again? Eagles reunion tour. Sign Ertz, hire Reich as offensive consultant, DeSean retiring as an Eagle this weekend.

Lol But adding him as a backup to Goedert where they have physical TEs and Brown and Jones are physical WRs and that's a pretty good mix.

Lol I would love to see Ertz back. I don’t think he’s close to the player he used to be, but he’s a reliable set of hands and brining him back could ease the return of Goedert just a little. It could give the Eagles another receiving option that their other TEs just aren’t offering right now. Gannon dumping Ertz at a time the Eagles desperately need a backup TE, is almost as convenient as Steichen dumping Leonard just when the Eagles need linebackers. 😂
November 30, 20231 yr Author Something tells me Ertz signs with Baltimore with Andrews suffering what is likely a season-ending ankle injury.

November 30, 20231 yr I'd take him. Knows the city, the franchise, the fans, the system... He'll never be TE1 again but he can contribute

But there's something to be said about the top team in the league, going back to the team that drafted him, familiarity, local charity, etc.

He injured his ACL last year from memory, came back to play at the start of the season, numbers weren't great yardage wise for the volume of looks but he had Dobbs at QB. He got injured and McBride took over and has been great for them. He was probably going to come back and ride the bench for the Cards. He is probably cooked but he is going to provide more in terms of catching the ball than anyone behind Goedert
December 3, 20231 yr Eagles should draft him, he's a legacy after his father's legendary career here. or draft him then immediately trade him.

December 17, 20231 yr Author Sermon looking terrific for Indy in this game against Pittsburgh. Shame Sirianni couldn’t figure out how to use him (just like we’re seeing now with Penny). Reminds me somewhat of Doug not knowing how to use Golden Tate.
