Hard to believe the Flyers haven’t found a way to keep them off the board at all. Call me crazy, but I think their scorers go cold in Game 7. It’ll be a 3-1 win for PHI; I’ll even double-dip and predict Konecny scores a goal. Actually the islanders have scored 3 or more goals in every game they’ve faced the flyers this year.

AV will be able to better dictate the use of Braun and not the other way around (if you see the matchups in game 6, Barzal was on the ice a ton vs. Braun). While I do think Ghost brings more to the table in terms of offense & skating (and defensively that are basically even) I am not sure AV goes that route as he can somewhat keep Braun away from the Barzal line. Of course, if you insert Ghost, you could also pick your spots on where you use him too - meanwhile using that offensive upside. Should be interesting what decision is made. I do expect this game to be tough to win - I give the Flyers a 40% chance - not because I am negative but because the Flyers have massive spells where they completely stop skating and the defensemen/ lower end forwards turn pucks over or fail to clear the zone. If they skate the entire game, they are better top to bottom than NYI - but that is a massive 'IF". I’m actually more optimistic about this game than I was the last two. You can’t convince me that letting a team come back from 3-1 down in the series doesn’t shake the confidence a little. Add that to the fact that the top line scorers have been getting it done, finally, the last couple games...I’m feeling confident.
September 5, 20205 yr NHL probably hopes we can pull this out. A final four of Tampa Dallas vegas and the islanders probably isn’t ratings gold

Vegas locals who have always had betting love backing VGK What language are you speaking? I can't understand you.

Vegas locals who have always had betting love backing VGK What’s Dallas pulling in though ratings wise? I know Dallas is a large market but the size of the market doesn’t matter if only a tenth are watching. Isles may bring in a bit but they aren’t getting nearly what the rangers would for New York and certainly not more than the Flyers. Pure ratings wise. Vegas I can see somewhat.

Flyers would pull a much bigger rating then the islanders. Islanders are technically a bigger market but they are basically like the Mets to the Yankees (way more past success then the Mets— just terms of how they are viewed in nyc). Less of a following than the Rags. You’d be shocked how many flyers fans they’re on the west coast stemming from the broad street bullies days, hextall and even the lindros era. I’ve yet to see islanders fans on the west coast in my time out here. Seen rangers, bruins, flyers by the ton.

I think it was pretty obvious Trotz was comtemplating on pulling him after our 2nd goal. That indecision might have cost them that game. My thoughts too. Nine goals in 2 games he gave up?? Hmmmm...if I was the HC, I would surely contemplate a G change. Now, did the D stink for those goals? Probably. But the G still has to be responsible for something.
