I agree but the Israel problem isn't going to work itself out. We're tied to them and we're certainly not breaking that alliance under Trump, so if they're humiliated and looking to continue the war then we literally have no way out of it.

Agreed. We only attacked because Israel was going to attack Iran and knew that Iran would attack us in retaliation. So if Israel says F this deal then we'll likely keep going or force Iran to a deal that Israel likes

That was what I wrote about day before yesterday and as predicted by Peter Zeihan. This is far far from being over though it wouldn’t surprise me if Trump tries to walk away.

Looks like the US is in this conflict until Iran actually capitulates. Israel isn’t going to stop in Lebanon. Saudi Arabia and rest of UAE have assets to respond to Iran’s attacks on their civilian infrastructure, but for now has let US do it. Looks like Iran is willing to let this to go global. Don’t see this going two weeks for a resolution.

Civilian infrastructure has been hit by all sides in this conflict, so everyone is guilty of war crimes ?
