It's easy to bomb the hell out of a country. But fostering reform is something we've been very unsuccessful at. And this administration in particular will not have the patience or fortitude to make it work.

Of course this is from a guy arguing that expensive shipping insurance during a hot war is the cause of the Strait being closed.
