August 2Aug 2 All of these "deals" be they trade, peace, or other have all just been outline MoUs. None of them were actual signed detailed contractual agreements. MoUs are rather easy to put in place as all the hairy details are just pushed off to later and of course in Trump's case the actual formal agreements never come to fruition.
