Anyway, on his slide he had a bullet point that said their service area was larger than Texas. Then he tried to make a joke about how "They will never become the 51st state because Texas would get jealous that they were no longer the biggest.”Bunch of us looked at each other but no one pointed out Canada borders Alaska.

I know it was terrible that we had to actually follow the judicial process and wait until a new rule was published before we were able to challenge the rule and claimed it violated the constitution.
