They are a solid NFL team. Pretty good, I'd call them.

You just called them crap in another post. Now that they won, they're "pretty good." lol

Yes, it's called hyperbole. They obviously are not literally terrible. But of all the teams the Eagles play this season, that should have been one of the easier games. Especially given it was at home.

Jets had -10 net passing yards. Negative. On average, they lost almost half a yard per drop back.

You're a real Rembrandt, these jokes and hyperbole are your paint brushes.

Pretty much. Between that and injuries.

Players playing hurt (especially the offensive line) plus the defense being worn out will lead to games like the Giants game. Not to mention good chance Hurts had an undiagnosed concussion and has been playing through it.

If and when they get healthy; make a few adjustments; they should begin to look better, imo.

And people think the Eagles offense has issues.

Well the Irish government either gave money or didn’t to host the game and people aren’t happy. Also, croke park is right in the middle of houses, and in fairness the residents aren’t happy with concerts happening there, and they have gotten a limit of five concerts a year in the stadium.

Ireland has a good American football support base. Lots of people here watch it. Anyone who knows I’m a fan ask me questions about it.

It seems to me that NFL teams playing a game doesn’t really grow the sport. Maybe it does help grow NFL fans but I think the people that are fans would be so regardless of whether there is a game in Ireland or England. How many if any people play the sport on any organized level? Tackle football has kind of a limited age range to experience.

Would hope they’d begin looking better at some point in time. Hopefully after the bye. Imo get to the bye then after the bye we play GB and lions. IF we still look the same then unfortunately kind of think that this is likely what we are getting rest of the year. Hoping the bye really helps and they find themselves after it. Just hoping we can go 2-0 next 2 week prior

Final Giants Game Score Prediction Results

A total of 50 predictions were recorded with 6 for a Giants win and 44 for an Eagles win.

The six were @B3 (20-21) @kiwieagle (20-23) @GoEagles614 (16-17) @Giggity_goo (14-26) @GoEagles5921 (13-23) and @Westbrook#36 (13-24)

@Giggity_goo's Eagles 14 Giants 26 gets the chicken dinner.

7 Bonus predictions were correct or close to correct

@mattwill with "Jordan Davis with a sack"

@EaglesTD123 with "Goedert receiving TD, Barkley rushing TD" (half correct)

@Wentz_Era with "Saquon gets his record this time" (He made it to 7541 rushing yards)

@aptosbird with "More sloppiness and asinine play calling"

@GoEagles614 with "No individual receiver goes over 75 yards receiving on our team, and Jordan Davis gets a sack" (half correct)

@Giggity_goo with "Love our Eagles but the wheels fell off"

@GoEagles5921 with "Skattebo over 100 yards rushing " (He got 98, but I'm not going to split hairs)

The question before us now is whether the 6 Days from Hell will become 16 Days from Hell. I wish I knew the answer.

The final list of the 59 predictions is as follows:

Not sure i can take credit for that prediction. I meant his single game…which he decided to sit last year and let the young guys eat.

We do have issues. We're just not as bad as the Jets. Yay.

Seeing Indy today for the first time... Steichen is missed.

When you are pleased that your struggles aren't at the same level as the Jets, you are in a really bad spot.

And Steichen is putting on a clinic on how to utilize a multi-dimensional TE.

Time to leak a story about his gang affiliations so he gets fired

Very telling they didn't ask to trade for someone who would have triggered tens of millions in dead cap and the reigning SB MVP that his team presumably has no interest in trading away? Yeah, man, that's very telling. It's also very telling that the Bengals didn't check in on Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, Patrick Mahomes, Justin Herber, Jared Goff, Matthew Stafford, etc.

The Eagles really need to follow this game plan for the Ravens. Run the ball until they stop you. This is of course assuming the OL can block better than they have all season

If anyone needs evidence of the value and importance of an OC/offensive play design just look at what Steichen is doing with Daniel Jones. Guy was considered a bust and he is on his way to being the QB of one of the top offenses and top teams in the league.

I feel like we are almost at the point of seeing embiid play basketball in any form is the new version of Ben Simmons shooting 3s in the offseason

Trades and getting people healthy isn't going to win games if don't do something about our OC. If you don't fix that, there is no point wasting draft capital. Sure you can sure up the defense but 17 points isn't going to win too many games.
