The defense came up with a couple key turnovers but they deserve blame as well. Made a bum WR look like an All Pro and gave up the lead in the 4th quarter immediately after the team took the lead. Bad penalties and a huge screw up on the trick play when everyone in and out of the stadium could see the RB streaking down the side of the field. They were great for some of the year but today they weren’t.

Yes, but my point is that trying to replace HC results in a smaller candidate pool because many coaches are loyalists, egomaniacs, or control freaks. And that's assuming they don't pick someone Vic gets along with poorly enough that he wants to just retire.

I don’t think he’ll get fired, but that doesn’t mean he shouldn’t. He’s closer to being a fraud than he is a top coach.

If I am Hurts, DeVonta, Saquon, or AJ, I get together and tell Lurie that we all demand a trade if KP stays.

I’ve settled into Sirianni. I see value in there being cohesiveness between the FO, the players and the rest of the staff and think he’s relatively good at keeping the organization glued. I generally think the players like him and think he’s a hard worker, but ultimately just a cog in the machine, not a difference maker.

So I’m ok with him being here as long as we have A level coordinators. I’m ok with him going if we find an upgrade.

Keeping the team on track. There are the little things we’re better than anyone at. Dissent is basically zero. Look at Baltimore; after Harbaugh was fired there was noise all over the place about guys who couldn’t wait to get him out. In 2023 the locker room was defending Sirianni profusely. I wouldn’t be surprised if that started again soon

We don’t just need a new OC playcaller, we need to install a brand new offense. Siriannis stink has been overcome by some OCs but it’s time to move away from this garbage.

I said it last week but this will now be a season of what if. They were healthy outside of Lane and the kid at safety. Wide open field. Most talented team. And they lost.

Not only can Nick not coach them up he can't even coach horizontally. He brings nothing.
