The craziest stat of the season for me. Eagles #1 in the Red Zone for TDs. Incompetent everywhere else on the field. Makes no sense whatsoever.

And, less than ever were Hurts runs.

The big change was the utilization of Goedert down there. So we assume that was Loeffler's influence since he coached a huge season for Fannin last year.

But who knows.

Patullo wanted more 2 TE stuff so maybe the utilization of the TE was part of what Patullo intended to bring all along.

That’s exactly what I I said earlier. How do you call 4 go routes into the endzone when all you needed was a first down, with 2 timeouts left?

Yup, I like AJ but his knee has really slowed him and hes in decline and trading him wouldnt make a lot of sense on multiple levels as you say.

We'll see, its too bad, its gotta be frustrating to be in an offense where the coach and OC are clueless offensively and the qb is a limited passer, if I were AJ id want out to.

I dont think AJ dogged it this year I just think hes dropping off and his knee is wrecked.

Maybe he comes back next year and his hammy and his knee are right and with a new OC shows out but I doubt it, once older guys start having hammy issues they dont usually get better.

He supposedly hugged teammates in the locker room and then bounced without talking to the media. Which is hilarious because he had no problem talking to the media when he wanted to throw others under the bus. Then when he drops 3 balls that could have helped the team win he avoids the media like a wuss. Real stand up guy.

its officially the day after. Patullo should have been fired by now. Im not waiting up much longer.

#1 for Redzone TD PERCENTAGE. Their number of opportunities though was certainly not near the top.

They told patullo he could make the eagles offense into anything. He made them into a season long version of the Phillies playoff offense

Lost in all of this is that's how BG goes out as an Eagle

Similar to Kelce

Patullo seems like a nice guy in real life, but professionally I hate his Fing guts

What's sad is. Let's say you do want to trade him (not even thinking of cap consequences). He ended up on one shiddy note. It's gonna be interesting to see how that unfolds. Think he wants out regardless. Hard to see him on this roster next year. I want more speed and game breakers on the offense going forward. And definitely more Tank. That was a massive underutilization of talent that could have won us games this year!!

Don't care at all. It was his choice and he basically said he didn't care either.

Meh. He had the storybook moment of tearing his tricep, coming back early to win a second SB while tearing his tricep again. Nothing was going to top that. Graham has that Peters gene in him where he doesn’t know when to call it.

I’ll just be over here, pretending he never came back.

Right. Lot to cheer about in Philly these days. No one even talked about how the Sixers blew it in Toronto tonite. Was a perfect ending to the day.

Sirianni confirmed that he was yelling for AU to get off the field because they were trying to punt. He didn’t want the guy causing a penalty so he yelled to get off the field. Seemed to be a lot of people that didn’t want to believe that’s what happened earlier.

Siri might be a weirdo but he did nothing wrong there.

Actually the city was 0-3 this weekend. Flyers lost. Eagles lost. And Sixers lost.

Dont remember him throwing any one under the bus at all, his teammates have continually stood up for him and called him a good teammate.

Hes not the only one that thinks the eagles O was a 💩 show this year.

As for the drops 1 drop, the one in the fourth quarter where hit em in the hands and right through them, interestingly with under 2 minutes left in the game that was the first slant they threw...

First drop wasnt really a drop the wind caught the ball and it took a dive, it was almost at AJs feet when he located it through double coverage, without the wind it probably drops in the bucket between two defenders, as is ball dropped like a wounded duck.

Other throw was obvious DPI or at minimum illegal contact, inexplicably not called by ref, without the illegal contact AJ walks into the end zone, instead he get his fingers on it and his clown coach instead of berating the refs for missing an obvious DPI decides to sprint down the sideline to yell at AJ.🤡

1 drop two unfortunate plays.

Why would AJ want to talk to the media, the philly media are buffoons, this city whines for years that they need WRs they get a really good one and those same fans and clown media want to run him out of town then say stupid things like it takes a certain mentality to play in Philly where the fans hate you 95% of the time.

Love my birds always hated philly fans.

I went to a christmas party a few weeks back, I live in chiefs country and I was wearing all my eagles gear one guy says to me, how are you an eagles fan theyre all jerks, youre too nice to be an eagles fan.

Ive had this convo many times over the years on this board, philly fans wear being an a hole like a badge of honor, and claim theyre passionate, one can be a passionate fan and not A hole at the same time.

AJ is ok in my book, hes a super bowl champion, one of the best WRs theyve ever had, its too bad his idiot HC and unqualified OC havent put him a better situation to suceed.

Its also unfortunate that his knee and hammys are busted up and hes on the decline but i wish him nothing but the best whether hes here next year or not.

Yeah but today the Phillies get Bichette to give you guys another year off false hope!

I still think it’s more likely Jt winds up coming back then Bichette

Ok.

It’s a miracle this team won 11 games and were able to rest starters in week 18 given how tough the schedule was, how banged up the OL was, his bad the coaching was, his many players on offense regressed, how much of a mess CB2 was, how disastrous the offense was.

It shows that Fangio is such a difference maker and that this organization still has a strong foundation and just needs some changes to get back on top.

Now go get McDaniel and while we wait for that we can enjoy the Buchette signing that will happen by Tuesday.

We’ll see. They hired Don Mattingly - one of the best hitters over the past 40+ years - bench coach for now but hopefully will get some of the bats going, especially in the post season.

I posted this in the Will Nick Be Fired thread but what difference does it make to a degree who they get at OC when his philosophy of playing like a turtle will be there? It's basically bring in a great mind to have Nick water it down and get in the way.

Who he throw under the bus? Patullo? Hell every fam in the stadium would gladly help AJ throw Patullo under that bus driven by a bunch of other fans.

Aj said he wanted to be part of winning, fans didnt care if he had 1 catch for 9 yards because the birds won 12-9 with hurts passing for 80 yards and barkley running for 40...☹️

Then he goes out catches like 11 for over a hundred and a td but they lose and fans say stupid AJ...then he goes out and catches 1 for 9 on 15 hitch routes and they lose and tans say stupid AJ why didnt he play better?

Damned if you do damned if you dont.

Somehow AJ still managed to have 1000 yards with an idiot HC an inept OC and a QB who can pass yet fans are on here whining about AJ.

Out of all the problems on offense this year AJ is towards the bottom of that list for me.

Patullo and Siri are at the top followed by the disastrous O line.

Eagles didnt lose today because of AJ brown but the media will paint that pic and have all year because theyre idiots and chemically imbalanced philly fans slurp it up and echo it

I was talking to a kid a few weeks ago who is a colts fan and he mentioned he was sick of AJ brown, he couldnt recall anything specific that AJ did other than what the media had parroted.

Yet when you listen to his teammates say about AJ they have nothing but good things to say about him, yet seth joyner pops off about him an all the sudden hes a voice of reason over the voice of the guys in the actual locker room.

Im gonna take smittys or barkleys words over seth or some other WIP clown.
