I'm not letting Dean walk out of the building. He's such a good player. No idea if they tried, but I still think they should have signed him to an incentive based extension while he was still recovering. Now he's going to get PAID. I like him more than I like Campbell, and Campbell is a very good player. Dean is just so much better against the run. I hope they can find a way to bring him back.

Jalen Carter made the key play with his penetration on the 4th down run allowing Phillips to take down Jacob’s behind the line.

Believe Blankenship was credited with the forced fumble and recovery.

Agree 100%

It’s noticeable when he’s out there said it during the game.

Who would have thought 2-3 years ago that LB's would be one of the strengths of this defense? 3 bonafide starters and Trotter Jr who has played very well whenever given the opportunity. They'll have some decisions to make but it's a good problem to have, imo.

Also noticed that when the defense made a stop and was coming off the field, Dean is there congratulating every player as they walk off. He's a true leader. He showed it at UGA and continues here.

The better team lost. We beat ourselves.

I was once in the Nakobe Dean is never gonna be much camp. I was wrong. The defense has looked so much better since he got back. Campbell has been really dissapointing against the run.

Phillips made the tackle. Blankenship did recover the ball. I've watched the play about 15x now and still can't tell if Phillips or Blankenship caused the fumble but it is 100% clear that Phillips is the player who takes down Jacobs and also that Blankenship makes the recovery.

Better in what regard? Name one offensive category that the Packers offense outplayed the Eagles offense in. I''ll wait.

He does an incredible job of diagnosing running plays and fills the holes in a hurry. I hope there is some way to keep him but I’d imagine it’s doubtful.

I too like Campbell for what it’s worth.

What?

Your sole TD was thanks to a tiky tack PI call that got your offense within scoring distance. Other than that play, our defense locked down your offense almost the entire game.

That’s 20 minutes in the hot box with @olsilverhair

Don’t ask @Godfather what they did in their last week.

The fumble that cost us points before half. That doesn’t happen you guys lose. If we don’t have a false start penalty on Watson big catch we score on that drive.

I’m happy for Dean and am glad it appears he didn’t lose a step he couldn’t afford to lose from that injury. He’s playing much better than I would have expected.

That said, we gave Baun top linebacker money and spent a first-round pick on Campbell, who clearly isn’t an edge. Dean should earn himself a decent contract. I’d be stunned if we brought him back.

Hmmm. Sounds like you got outplayed.

And how about Jalen Hurts fumble on the Eagles opening drive that grinded out your defense, took 10 minutes, etc - we would have scored at least 3 points on that drive - with momentum, probably 7.

Ticky tack PI call that got you guys within scoring distance.

Without those two plays, it could have been a 17-0 game.

We can "what if" all day long - either way, the Eagles outplayed GB on both sides of the ball. To your credit, it was a heck of a defensive performance and the Packers played one heck of a "grind it out game" but they did not "outplay the Eagles".

Hurts fumbled on what was absolutely going to be a TD drive. There's no way you can say the Packers definitively outplayed the Eagles.

Love did absolutely nothing all game

Through 9 games who would you all say is the MVP of the team?

I’m going Davonta

Lane Johnson. Any time he is not on the field, the offense immediately regresses.

AJ Brown is the 2nd best WR on this team. He is lashing out at the reality of this with his disinterested effort at times.

No he's not...he's still doing the other part of being a top WR by running his routes despite not even being targeted for God only knows why...he's blocking for

very well..to expect him to make that play which with that tight coverage with basically one hand after not getting a sniff for 90% of the game

is hilarious. He was playing as if the ball wasn't coming as to not warn the defender...it was a dumb call and put the D in a situation that could've backfired.

I’m struggling to see Blankenship coming back, let alone spending that $ if we had it on Nakobe. We did get 10pts out of our $200M offense though, so that’s good.

On the Smitty TD pretty sure the safety was locked in on AJ - giving Smitty the one on one opportunity.
